Undercover parking for vehicle. Rear alfresco courtyard area for BBQ’s or outdoor dining.
The river (450m) and beach (650m) are close enough to walk to, for surfing, fishing, or swimming. The village shopping, dining & entertaining strip is just over 1 km away. The boat ramp & safe swimming baths with picnic & barbeque facilities are just a little further on.
Stylish relaxation for 2 couples or a family of 4.
