Hi Gaby, We are disappointed to see this review. I’m at loss to understand some of these comments made. It’s like you checked in to accommodation elsewhere as this feedback is totally falsified. Upon receiving your message the day after you departed, I personally inspected the accommodation. I found no evidence of smoke/fire damage inside the bungalow.. perhaps you smelt some smoke outside from nearby campfires upon arrival in the holiday park? In regard to comments made about accommodation furnishings (mattress, couches, cushions, curtains) are all in a comfortable, clean condition. We host over 15,000 guests at the property each year and generally receive fantastic reviews and feedback on our accommodation offerings. We do not advertise our accommodation as 5 star, more so clean, comfortable and above all very affordable. Tom and I are owner/operators of this small tourism venture built by our grandparents. We are extremely passionate, hands on and proactive in the business. We would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate this issue at the time of your stay. We live on-site and a quick phone call would have totally avoided this. Tom + Jai
