This was a great place to stay! It was overall clean, just a few things like a hair clip underneath the bed and some small trash items we found. The balcony was a plus but as a heads up, there is a pool right outside of it that has a running water mushroom thing for kids that runs until 9pm, so you can’t necessarily hear the ocean most of the day - no fault to the owners though of course! Would stay again!

Great place to stay

We stayed from Thursday until Saturday morning… it was a cute and very clean place.. the listing is accurate.. loved that it right on the beach and I can walk onto the balcony and see the ocean/beach… 10/10 would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay great beach the pizzeria, convenience store and restaurant were just a few of the amenities we used. The room was exactly as the pictures and very comfortable.

Quick Getaway

Wanted to take a quick getaway and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the ocean was amazing and the area was peaceful and quiet. We just wanted to rest and recharge and this setting provided the perfect spacr to do so.

Nice property, excellent value

The property was nicely done and well appointed. Excellent oceanfront location in a walking friendly area. A heads up on parking if you have a full-size truck: there are two parking garages available for use, and they are both pretty tight. The “Additional Parking” garage allows for wider turns and always had open spaces during my stay. I would stay here again.

30th Birthday Trip

This was the perfect get away for my husband and I. I celebrated my birthday in a nice, relaxing, clean studio with a beautiful view. My hisband and I literally just sat on the balcony and relaxed. I would definitely and already have recommended this location for a quick getaway. We loved how homie it felt.

Great stay!

My wife and I had a short, but pleasant stay at the Sand Dunes unit. The room is exactly as pictured, and was clean! It’s not often you walk into a unit and there is NO SAND! This place is in very close driving distance to most restaurants and there is a restaurant in the Sand Dunes condo that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has a bar with billiards and darts as well. While we didn’t utilize the outdoor pool (it was very windy and still a little chilly during the last weekend in April) it did look clean and well maintained. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, quiet getaway, this unit would be a great choice!

Clean & Comfy. Right on the ocean. Friendly host!

Nice, clean studio at Sand Dunes resort on the beach. Everything was just as described. Equipped with all the amenities you would need, except we did have to buy extra trash bags from the convenience store at the resort; no big deal. Beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was nice, and the small kitchenette was fully stocked with dinnerware so we could snack in the room. Only side note I would add is that some of the actual Staff at the resort are NOT the friendliest. The front desk people didn’t really want to answer any of our tourist questions since we weren’t an actual guest of the resort, and security made us leave the parking garage because we arrived early and parked to eat breakfast, but hadn’t got to check into our room yet. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to others, and would stay again. Thanks!

Great Getaway!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Between the room and the resort you have everything u need for a great vacation! The balcony has spectacular view of the ocean/beach and overlooks the outdoor pool! Resort has indoor pool, restaraunt that serves food and drinks all day! They also have a pizza kitchen that serves big slices of pizza and ice cream! There is a convenient store store attached that literally has anything and everything u could need or want or forgot to pack! The staff cleans resort each morning! The room has activities/coupon books in it! Read the host memory notebook in the room for ideas outside of the resort! Too many things to list! Last but not least the hosts were great! Great communication from booking until we left! Truly an amazing stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a great week!

Great place

The condo was as pictured and very clean. It smelled fresh when we first walked in and the floors shined. Check in process was very easy and owners were very quick to respond to any issues. The balcony is facing the ocean and very comfortable. Beach supplies including chairs/tent/toys were also available for use so you don’t have to pack your own. The building as a whole needs some work though. When we arrived it was very busy and only 1 of the 3 elevators worked so the line to use the elevator was way into the lobby. It was broken the first 2 days we were there. By day 3 of our stay they finally had a second one up and running however the parking garage elevator stopped working on the far side too so we had to walk up 3 levels with our stroller. Other than that…the restaurant attached to the resort is AMAZING as well had the pizza parlor! The pools are also very clean and large. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

What an AMAZING STAY!!

Where to begin? I wanted to show my husband Myrtle Beach and went Through Verbo when I found this listing. It was Just the perfect stay. AERIOUSLY! The area is perfect for us, close enough to everything but also far enough away so you’re not in the middle of too much! The view is breathtaking & amazing! I was IN LOVE EITH THIS PLACE ♥️♥️♥️ The only thing I can say maybe slightly negative about it is the check inigjr be slightly confusing do some ppl. I did however reach out to the booking agent who lead me to the contact for this property & everything was figured out from there EASY PEASY!! I was worried bc I did not have the check in & parking info before I started out trip & with WiFi spotty on travels I was a bit concerned. However after making contact with the owner everything went really smoothly & he wanted to make sure our vacation was EXACTLY THAT. And I think they are working on getting that process a bit smoother going forward 🤩. It was a relaxing stay for me & my husband. It was the perfect little escape & I absolutely cannot wait to go back.

Lacking

Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but it was clear to us very quickly the place was not cleaned at all. Seems someone made the bed and that’s about it. The sheets and comforter had a few mystery stains and crusty spots of the white variety. There were still dirty footprints in the bathroom from the last person staying there. Most of the floor still had sand all over it. Showing even further they did not clean properly. But they’ll gladly charge their cleaning fee. Was told we must take out the trash ourselves or we would get fined. Asked a simple question about the coffee maker they had there (which is a keurig btw) and they were quite rude about a simple question. I would look elsewhere nearby.
