Our private suite is surrounded by gardens and separate from our main house. It has its own entrance through the back lane or from the front of our property. It is fully equipped with free WIFI, TV, cable as well as a regular sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, and water kettle. I stayed at this suite for 9 nights. Comfortable and cozy. VERY convenient to the expo line sky train. The bed & the bed sheets were amazingly soft. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, polite and promptly answered all of my questions. I would stay again.
Cute little studio suite. It was clean, the hosts were lovely and the price point was very reasonable for a Vancouver listing. My unit was different then the one shown in the pictures, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
The place was clean and just a pleasant 5-minute walk to the SkyTrain. Check-in was easy. However, the listing is misleading—Bedroom 1 in the description is not the room provided. Instead, I was given the room shown in the last photo, which is noticeably different.

Hi, your review is partially incorrect! Unfortunately, you're very wrong in assuming that it was a different room than the one in the listing as I only have one room that is listed! In fact, the room looks like the last one in the picture as it is newly renovated for summer looks! It has the same furniture, the kitchen, bathroom except the decor, wall hangings and bed furnishings which had been updated. Besides your communication and attitude as a guest was very poor as you wanted to cancel the reservation requesting a waiver in fees due to your own misunderstanding and later left without informing and did not respond when my cleaners were waiting outside for 30 extra minutes after check out time.
Cozy and convenient space for short or long-term stays
Enjoyed the space as Monalisa provided all key amenities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was a bit tight but had wonderful hot water and very good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and there were many interior lighting options for softer options as well as day settings. Entry / exit was a treat to not have to manage holding a physical key. Also ample street parking made coming and going a snap. Thanks!

Very pleasant experience. The host kindly reassured me during a power outage. Texted me when power was restored. Answered promptly any inquiries I had. I highly recommend this rental. Most certainly would rebook in the future!
Pleasant location within easy access of downtown Vancouver
This suburban rental is small but adequate situated 20mins from Waterfront Vancouver. The skytrain is less than 5 min walk. However a supermarket is a bus ride away
This place is awesome. It is clean 4 minute walk to the nearest Skytrain station. The property manager is very helpful and friendly. The wifi was not working and he rebooted it which made it work again. I can definitely recommend this place.
