The property was easy to find and access, and the location is close to the train. There were a lot of beds to sleep on, although one was left unmade and one was on the floor. The water was consistently warm, and both the shower and tub were large and comfortable. The rooftop was a pleasant space, and the host provided umbrellas, which was helpful.There were also several issues that future guests may want to be aware of. The floors were covered with interlocking rubber garage‑style panels rather than normal flooring, which made the space feel unfinished. Several spaces were being used for storage and weren’t usable as guest spaces. The kitchen lacked basic essentials including oil, salt, or pepper which are found in typical VRBOs. The TV was very small, which may matter for guests who plan to use it, rather than the full-size TV depicted in the picture. When we arrived, the house was extremely cold, and the mini‑splits took several hours to warm the space to a minimum comfortable temperature. Overall, the stay was manageable, but the property needs attention to meet typical VRBO expectations.

10人分の設備がなく、スプーンは二つのみなど。障子は破れかぶれ、椅子は汚れて、お風呂場には桶も椅子もなく、リモコンもなくひどい目に遭いました。何度も問い合わせても４日後にフォークなどがテーブルに置かれていただけ。他と比べると本当に雲泥の差でした。
