Great Mountainbike Trip

We had a great time! The chalet is very close to the Shanahan trailhead of Valle Bras du Nord--either a reasonable biking distance or a very short drive. The trails were incredible. The chalet has easy access to the river, making a post-ride swim possible. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. We couldn't fully enjoy the large farmer's porch or outdoor patio because the mosquitos were ubiquitous, but anybody who goes in the fall would be very happy. There is a serviceable cell signal booster that makes texting/messaging/light internet browsing possible, but the service is intermittent and weak. We enjoyed having just enough connection to keep loved ones updated, but be warned if you require a strong internet connection. The hosts were incredibly helpful and patient with us despite the language barrier. It's my understanding that Alexis's English is good, but Chantal strongly prefers French. They wanted to show us into the Chalet for check-in, but our travel plans didn't allow it. It's difficult to find without good directions, and the lack of cell service in the area meant we couldn't ask questions. We eventually got there, but I feel like that part of the process could have been a little smoother. Overall, it's a fantastic property. I would not hesitate to book again.

Un beau séjour pour décrocher

Nous avons eut un super séjour. L’emplacement est parfait. L’endroit était très propre et permet de relaxer et vraiment décrocher. On a adoré la proximité avec la Vallée qui est à trois minutes d’auto… parfait pour nous amoureux du plein air ❤️

Forêt enchantée

Loin de la rue, entourée de grands sapins, grand stationnement. Belle galerie avec vue rivière. Toutes les commodités nécessaires à un agréable séjour. Belle chaleur intérieure. Propreté, espace de vie et rassembleur. Tout pour s’évader.
