OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Jacuzzi for 8
- Large, private outdoor patio with loungers, table and chairs for 8.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Oversized couch with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Beach House sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and High chair on site
- Additional Premium air mattress on request.

BATHROOMS: (5)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toilet paper and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout, great for Zoom calls. Each bedroom has a desk and chair for any privacy needed.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is all yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins in front of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for 4 cars is provided in the 4 spots in front of the house. Any additional street parking must be in metered spots.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. If you are having purchases delivered, please use the office address at Valgal 66 N. Federal Hwy. Dania Beach FL 33004, in the event they arrive before or after your visit.

Short walk to beach and boardwalk

We had a lovely time at this location. There was plenty of room for our family. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms were good size. Plenty of towels for house and beach. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Wish there was a pool. The only downsides were the downstairs bedroom would not get cool, some of the furniture was broken in the downstairs bedroom and the beach umbrella and a couple of the chairs were broken. We purchased a larger umbrella and left it for the next guests.

Exactly it's advertised, we had family from around the country. Come together for a lovely week and we were very impressed that we were able to cook for multiple people in the big kitchen.

Great location and easy access

This property is very close to the beach and quiet. It's a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the property. Hot tub was great. AC worked best with bedroom doors left open.

Steps From the Beach!!!!

Great house with excellent accessibility to the beach and Broadwalk. Quiet neighborhood too!! The hot tub was fabulous!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As to the question of whether we enjoyed our stay, I’d say yes and no. The house was clean, beds were quite comfortable, and some of us enjoyed a four person bicycle ride on the broadwalk. However, on the negative side, upon arrival the instructions to get into the house were wrong. Also there were no instructions for the televisions, the disposal didn’t work,some kitchen drawers were broken, and there was a leak on the ceiling in the kitchen. Although most of the negatives were small, it didn’t help us have a good time. Of course the rain didn’t help! So all in all, it was a mixture of good and not so good.

However the floor is in horrible shape and NEEDS to be replacedits very cheap and if your not wearing shoes you're going to cut your feet up. There was also no games, beach toys, or other beach activity things that most homes we've visited in the past offer to make your stay more relaxed. We left the two boogie boards there hopefully some can enjoy. Also the bed in the bigger main room is a sound like a squicky dog toy every time you move just an fyi

Great place to stay

The house was big enough for the whole family from grand parent to kids. Kitchen was well equiped. We wer able to cook whatever we wanted. The eight year old had a great time hunting for lizards in the yard

Wonderful getaway!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this property, and appreciated the updates that were done in the form of the hot tub addition for 2024! The location is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. The proximity to the Hollywood attractions and Margaritaville is very helpful and provides a lot of activities for the family. We will definitely try to return for 2025!

Memorial Weekend

We Loved The House, The House Was Very Clean & Smelled Amazing. All Rooms Are Soacious & All Beds Are Comfortable. Nice Big Private Patio With A Huhe Jacuzzi. There Was Plenty Of Beach Towels And Bathroom Towels Which Were All Very Clean And Looked Like New. Huge Kitchen, Living Room & Dining Room. 1 Master Room With Queen Bed With A Full Bathroom With Shower Plus A Half Bath Downstairs Is A Plus. The Location Was Perfect, Just A Few Steps From The Boardwalk & Beach Less Than A Minute Walking. The Host Was Very Responsive & Sent Me All Info Needed On A Timely Manner. I Definitely Recommend This Home & I Will Most Definitely Book It Again.
