Alot of things were not working, eg. shower head, Tv, no wifi, dirty couch, front bed window hard to open, beds were hard, dirty laundry facilities, minimal towels - small x 4, toilet paper kept in tv cabinet as opposed to bathroom . Unit was advertised for sale upon arrival, a perceived "red flag". Paid top dollar for three days, no value whatsoever. We will not be staying here again.

Location was great - very easy to access apartment and pool. It is a small space but it was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids under 5. The only down fall was the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The floor hadn’t been properly vacuumed there was hair/ dirt/dust under the lounges. The fold out bed was filthy. Mattress was dirty and had an old sheet that looked like it hadn’t been changed for a while. As we opened the drawer to find a fresh sheet we had the worst smell of dirty towels that had been left in the drawer under the bed so everything had to be rewashed. Thankfully they had washer/dryers in the complex that were free to use but still annoying as that’s not how we wanted to spend our time. I think abit of care with the cleanliness this would be a great spot.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment

Close to The Entrance beach and waterfront, walking distance. Easy car parking and the apartment had all we needed. Kids loved the pool. Possibly would suit a family of 4 rather than 5, though the sofa bed was available for our teen daughter. Jo was easily contactable and answered any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Good apartment

The apartment was abit small in the loungeroom area but yet it was cosy. The rest of the apartment were good sized. The apartment is fitted out with everything that you need with a modern touch. Jo was very easy to communicate with which was a bonus

Location is very good. A little smaller than I thought it would be and beds not that comfortable but for a family with small children it would be perfect. My kids are big so it was a little small for us.

Overall location is great ...we had poor weather so i would suggest providing some extra blankets as i had 3 kids sharing one quilt.Also shared laundry so this is nothing to do with the host but dryer not working and some of the machines were also showing error messagesSsuggest an

The apartment was not very clean. There was dust all over the floor and some rolled up behind the doors. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made so much noise when sleeping. The host did not send check in information, we had to call a few times for him to get back to us. It seemed like he had forgotten. Not enough utilities in the kitchen for a family. No information about wifi so we had to call him back again and we couldn’t access the laundry even though that was on the list when we booked. The apartment is up for sale and it looked like the host had just checked out because of this. I would not have booked if I knew this was the case. Would not recommend.
