Very nice and clean!!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and nice rooms. The only negative that I would say is that we couldn’t use the master jacuzzi tub and it was hard carrying our luggage up the stairs/sidewalk to the front door. Might have been easier if we had garage access but we didn’t.

The host was great even though we had a late check in do to unforseen issues she gave a late check out basically letting us pick the time overall tge location was great not far from anything everything was basically 10 min or less away any messages sent to the host were always responded to timely

Birthday Weekend Celebration

We rented this home for my All Ladies Birthday Weekend Celebration and honestly I have no regrets! The house and rooms were very clean, spacious enough for us 7 ladies, decorated nicely, comfy beds and located in an upscale neighborhood conveniently near stores and priced reasonably. The only recommendation to the owner was to install TV’s in every bedroom, other than just the living room and downstairs master bedroom. Karen, the owner, was very kind and responded quickly to our questions and notifications. Since our vacation went into a daylight savings time change, she even offered us an extended check out without us asking. She was the BEST!! I recommend this home and hospitality for everyone! Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom home on a corner lot in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. House was clean and well-appointed. Master bedroom with master bath is on the 1st floor. The property manager was extremely attentive with great communication. Highly Recommend!

Family Trip

This property has lots of room for a large family. The house was clean and easy to access. The kitchen had just the bare minimums as far as cooking goes. Would like to have had dish towels and access to a few more hand towels for the bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Great location

Our family was coming to GA for my daughters white coat ceremony at PCOM so the location was perfect. Our host sent me a text explaining everything and was very cordial . Home is comfy and inviting. We had plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood is beautiful. We will definitely be renting this home again in the future.

ATL Stay

This property was as advertised. It is very spacious and provided plenty of room for our family during our stay. It is in a great neighborhood and has shopping very close by for any thing we needed. I will say that there were a few cons that would have made the stay even better. 1. We found that none of the beds had top sheets just fitted sheets and comforters or duvets. 2. There were only ceiling fans in the living room and master and no other fans in the house. 3. While the kitchen was pretty well stocked, we found there were no mixing bowls available. 4. No umbrella or sunshade on the patio furniture on the deck 5. No grille outside 6. Back yard was covered in straw/pine needles with nothing else in it so not able to utilize or enjoy the yard. These thing would be easy fixes/upgrades that would put this property over the top. I will say that I was very impressed at the communication of the property owner. They reached out the day of our arrival, during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay and the day we checked out to wish us well on our journey home. We felt that was above and beyond and really appreciated that!! Would definitely book this property again if in the area!

Awesome Rental

First class accommodations! This house is very comfortable and has everything you could need. Two small issues were resolved within 30 minutes. Karen was extremely helpful and returned answers to any questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a house to rent.
