The Space:
This fully remodeled and modern ground floor end unit condo is literally 5 steps from the pool! You and your family will love the fully stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances for preparing gourmet meals. The primary and secondary bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds, roku tv's as well as a walk in closet in the primary bedroom. There is a full bath between the bedrooms and a half bath inside the condo as well for guests. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon or morning coffee on the screened porch and don't forget there is a full sized washer and dryer as well. Approximately 1.5 miles or a 10 minute drive to Surfside beach fronts!

Guest Access:
You will have the whole condo to yourself, with only the pool deck and grilling areas being shared with other guests and owners, though they are rarely ever full, even in peak summer season!

The Neighborhood:
Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will be close to the Surfside Beaches, 15 minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around the area.

Other Things to Note:
We will provide all of your sheets and bath towels with the cleaning fee we charge as well as hand soaps, dish soap in the kitchen, a couple of laundry and dish pods, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started for your stay. Please note we don't provide beach towels, umbrella or chairs, but we do have some pretty amazing beach chairs for rent very reasonably.

Nostalgic Trip

My father and I owned a condo in building 17 thirty years ago and I held in Golf Colony for 20 years, so this was a bit of a trip down memory lane for myself and my best friend, who also owned in Golf Colony with me. The place was just as I remembered, and the unit was immaculate and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. Outside grill, areas were great to use, and there were tools provided. Check-in was simple and Beach Star was available upon check-in to make sure our digital code worked. The agent called during our stay to make sure all was going well too. The pool area was very well maintained, and the hot tub was a great feature. I would recommend the unit to any couple, or small family, as the Surfside Beach area is one of the more family-friendly places in the area. Although, Garden City Beach (10 minutes south) still offers free beach access parking...
