Perfect Location

The condo was exactly what we were looking for.. the attached efficiency was perfect for our reenswho wanted their "own space and privacy" the location was absolutely perfect. The only thing we weren't aware of was that some of the amenities were only available for the hotel guests and not private condo renters. (We didn't know the building has hotel rooms and condos) so it was a little frustrating when we weren't allowed to even use the luggage cart to bring up all our luggage and groceries. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully.

Cleanliness of Property

The property was filthy. Called the desk and sent a cleaning crew out. The swept and mopped and that’s it. The dishwasher was loaded with dishes which were cleaned by hand and put away by me. I asked for no bedding and dirty bedding was on beds on arrival. The first impression was terrible and set the mood for the rest of the trip.

I made a mistake using Elliott Beach rentals. I've just have had the worst experience. We are currently staying at the The Sands Ocean Club. Upon arrival we get checked in at Elliott which is fine. We arrive at the condo and this is where things went wrong. The entire condo was dirty. There was hair in the showers, trash shoved in things and under things. Sand was everywhere(yes I know we are at the beach but this was excessive). The carpet hadn't been vacuumed as it had dirt, sand, and popcorn pieces on it. The beds felt grainy and the blankets and pillow shams had makeup smears on them. The base board was broke off in the kitchen. The sink will back up with water due to garbage disposal not working. The tub in the first bathroom is very slow so it backs up as well. The other tub is slow to drain. The sink in the bathroom backs up as well. I called Elliott and asked for a manager and I was told nobody was available. I asked to speak to someone that we needed assistance. Well the associate hung up the phone on me. So I drove back to Elliott where we checked in at and and spoke to Terri the manager. She offered to have a cleaning crew come out or we could clean it ourselves with a refund on the cleaning fee and products. We had no faith in their cleaning crew because of the way the condo was left in disarray so we cleaned it ourselves. We were reimbursed the cleaning fee. Could not add everything wrong.
Tub stayed backed up all week even though I reported.

Golf tournament

We waited until after 3 for check in because the room wasn’t. Ready. When we arrived the property wasn’t as clean as expected. The mattress cover on one of the beds had some red (blood) looking spill on it, there were water bottles under the bud and the kitchen counter was sticky
