The stay was fine but for the amount of money we paid, we should have not needed to wash our towels everyday. Only on set of towels per guest. We also had to go out and buy baking pan because none were available at the property. The dryers upstairs seem to be malfunctioning because they would run for 2 minutes and then stop. Charging block was missing for a nightstand in the main bedroom downstairs. The refrigerators are in desperate need of cleaning. The kids enjoyed the bowling alley, game room and trampoline.

Great for a Large Group

The house was perfect for our stay! We are a college softball team who is down for a tournament and we loved all the house and neighborhood had to offer!

Loved this villa!!!

We had two large families staying here with kids of all ages and our adult children!! The villa is huge! There is something to do for everyone. The living space is so convenient for large groups. The pool area is wonderful! We plan on booking here again!!

Family fun

This property was perfect for several families to stay together, have space, and tins of fun without needing to leave the house or complex. We loved it. Rested and relaxed.

Fabulous accommodations. A few glitches with the advertised ammenities; Shuffleboard could not be used - (Board was sticky, no sand - pucks would not slide), bowling alley was not functioning properly (big disappointment as this was a major attraction), pool table lacked a side pocket to catch the balls, refrigerator would not make ice (had to go out and buy bags of ice). Could never get hot water out of the kitchen sink. Felt we deserved some kind of credit for another rental but no response from management. If you're going to advertise games, etc., they should work - that's the attraction to this venue and only leads to disappointment when thing don't work.

Family memories made!!!

I just say that this property was a more than AMAZING!!! As families get older and larger it’s difficult to find a place that would a accomadate us all, but this property was the opposite! We made memories that will last a lifetime!!!

Our second time

We stayed here last year and it was so amazing! We decided to bring friends this time to share the cost. Best trip ever . Home has everything you need & enough to keep everyone occupied so you don’t have to leave. Any concerns we had were immediately taken care of. We will be back ❤️

Amazing Stay

I had a family of 20. The home accommodated us very well. My family enjoyed everything. The photos does this home no justice, the home was amazing. This home is about 45 minutes from Disney, Volcano Bay and Citywalk due to heavy traffic.

Awesome home with lots of great amenities

Wonderful home! We had a large group (18 people) of varying ages and there was plenty of space and fun for everyone! Cornhole, foosball, ping pong and a basketball hoop by the pool and plenty of fun in the indoor arcade downstairs along with the shuffleboard, pool table, darts and poker table upstairs. Kitchen is a great size for cooking for large families and the media room was also great. Definitely recommend staying here!

5 stars for this stay!

This house was very decent and sophisticated. The decor and furniture of this house were elegant. The chandeliers and seating arrangements of the whole house were incredible. My daughter loved the themed bedroom. It was more of a play area and less of a bedroom. My kids had a great time there.5 stars for this pace.

Pluses: excellent game room; dining table for 16 adults; pool, hot tub and house was very clean. Kitchen was generally very good re utensils, etc. Having towels for the pool was a nice surprise; had called twice and was told there were none; suggest revising amenities list to say: " full sets of bath towels and pool towels."Minuses: house this size should have 2 dishwashers. Took several hours to clean grease out of grill. Should have notice in house re how to connect to internet and TV's. Ping pong paddles were poor quality and there was only 1 ball; we bought our own replacements. Tips of several magnetic darts were broken. Bed in bedroom to left after entrance was so low, that this 88 year old grandpa could not get out of bed without assistance; did not check height of other beds; suggest bed in this room(& others?) be raised to normal height or provide warning of low beds is some(?) room. Suggest changing 2 additional bedrooms to 2 beds vs K size; would allow more options for cousins who do not mind sharing a room but not sleeping together. We had 19 in our party with 5 older grandkids. Overall rating: 4 out of 5. LJB

Great Theme room!

My kids can’t stop talking about the big screens in the cinema hall and the gaming room- the precious memories still ringer. The swimming pool was secure too- I got to teach my little boy a few swimming styles. We are already planning our return trip there.

So much fun!!

Amazing! My 2 year old loved the trampoline and slides!! The slides are crazy fast though. There was something for everyone in this house! The rental team was quick to respond and help when needed.

Awesome awesome house!!!!

My girlfriend insisted that we celebrate our anniversary here, and the spot turned out to be breathtaking. We played pool all day and watched movies later. I'm into interior design- the matching walls and exquisite furniture redefined my whole understanding of interior aesthetics. I’m definitely coming back.

Beautiful and fun home!

The home was beautiful and so many fun things to do, there was something to keep all ages entertained the entire stay! We did have an issue getting the bowling alley to work but I chatted with someone and they sent a technician right away to fix it. I would stay here again for sure!

Great swimming pools.

I took my section team there for a brainstorming weekend but the fantastic games would not let us create anything. We played video games and swam all day. I never knew I was that good at arcade games, or did those guys let me win?

Perfect gaming room

The gaming room offered the perfect entertainment for my children; I never knew my son could play video games for 6 hours straight. My wife and I proffered the movie area which was equally worth our while. The place is very spacious too; all seven of us were very comfortable.

Family vacation

Loved everything about the house. Lots of room to fit for big family gatherings. Fun things to do for everyone. Big swimming pool. So many good things to list. One thing to warn everybody is to make sure not to park on the street. A visitor that came to see us had his car towed so fast and we saw so many cars being towed.

This property was amazing!

This property is exceptionally beautiful! While the spaces appeared to be small in the photos, that was definitely not the case. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. My family enjoyed every inch of this property. There was cookware and plenty of storage space for food. There was something for everyone to do. There were some small maintenance issues but were quickly taken care of the same day, within the hour. Thank you Villatel for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic Location!

Typically, when you rent a vacation home the photos make it look a lot better than what it is in real life, but this property was EVERYTHING it was advertised to be! It was new, clean, and well maintained! There were a couple of games that were not working well so we called the customer service number, and the service men were there almost immediately! The beds were comfortable, the furniture was very nice, and the appliances looked brand new (It has two refrigerators, and one was the largest refrigerator/freezer I've ever seen). On top of the game and theatre rooms the property has free access to the nearby water park in Soltera! This is the first vacation home ever, where I feel the value was worth the money!
