The main level welcomes guests with a bright, open layout where the living room, dining space, and kitchen flow together naturally. This central gathering space makes it easy for everyone to stay connected—whether enjoying morning coffee, preparing meals, or winding down together after a day exploring the area.



Just downstairs, a private lower-level suite offers additional space and flexibility for groups. This level includes a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and a versatile game and fitness room that can be used for recreation, workouts, or additional lounge space. It’s an ideal setup for families traveling together or guests who prefer a little extra privacy.



Upstairs, the home continues with several comfortable sleeping spaces designed for rest and relaxation. Mesa's attractions, including golf courses, cultural sites, and recreational activities, are all within a short drive, ensuring you can easily enjoy everything the city has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
