*The House is located on 4 acres between Sylvan Lake & Gull Lake. Property is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, great views of the sun rising and setting, it's gated, paved driveway, outside dog on property (dog's name is Athena, she's very friendly and loves people) Renters part of house is private and has 1 private bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Livingroom and kitchenette area. Renters door access is on the far-side of the shared deck, stairs to deck area.

*Bedroom 1 - sleeps 4: double bed & bunk-bed (bottom bunk 140lbs or less, top bunk only for children), portable fan, night table. Bedding & linens provided.

*Livingroom- has 2 couches- 3 people can possibly sleep here. 1 double hide-a-bed couch, bedding provided. Additional couch, must bring bedding

Living-room area with fridge, dining table, 2 couches, TV, bookshelves, games, Netflix, Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime . No full kitchen, no kitchen sink, no stove, no oven, but lots of options for cooking, space has apartment size fridge, dishes & utensils, pots, pans, microwave, crock pot, kettle, keurig, toaster, shared fire-pit, roasting sticks, BBQ with side burner.

Living-room area with fridge, dining table, 2 couches, TV, DVD player, DVD's, bookshelves, games, Netflix, Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime . No full kitchen, but lots of options for cooking, space has apartment size fridge, dishes & utensils, pots, pans, microwave, crock pot, kettle, keurig, toaster, shared fire-pit, roasting sticks, shared BBQ with side burner.

*Guest space has separate keyed entry and is separate from owners space. Entrance to space has stairs onto deck. Door to rental space is located on the far side of deck, brown entry door. Owner lives downstairs with children. Owners kitchen is on main floor, but separate from rental space.

*Guests that stay have access to shared play areas, kids playhouse and toys, slide, swings, sandbox areas, trampoline, kids climber, deck with BBQ(has side burner). There is a pond on the property, not for swimming. Use of areas is 100% at renter's own risk, the owners are in no way responsible or liable if renters choose to use the spaces.

*Guest are welcome to bring their bikes, there is space to ride bikes around. 100% at renter's own risk, the owners are in no way responsible or liable if renters choose bring their bikes and use them on the property.

*Firewood and kindling available for purchase onsite.
