Full large 3 bed, 2 bedroom apartment in the lower level of My home for monthly rentals. Fully furnished with all amenities featuring dishwasher, fireplace , well lit large kitchen , internet, smart 50"TV with Netflix and other apps .
Please note bookings are for one person , any extra persons is $10 per day. (Under 12 $3/ day ) animals $5. / day
Convenient Central Location & interesting well traveled host . Full 3 bed, 2 bedroom apartment in the lower level of my home. I live in the upper level! One bedroom has a queen bed . Another bedroom has 2 twin beds. It is a cozy 900 square feet apt. fully furnished with many amenities, dishwasher, 2-electric Fireplace (heater), microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. Large and well lit kitchen with 2 windows. Location is central, close to downtown and major bus routes!
-2 children’s parks within 1 block
-one short block to sheltered bus stop and 3 blocks from Rapid Transit stop
-wireless internet, smart TV with Netflix, prime, and Cipher TV apps , DVD player
-parking available 1 spot ; electrical extra ,
-Interesting well traveled host
close to The Forks, shopping with family activity area
2 blocks from river walk way and skating/walking trail to The Forks park!

Great stay

We were overall happy with our stay. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The suite is a basement suite, so not a lot of light, but we also didn’t spend too much time there so it didn’t matter too much. The location is convenient for access to downtown/Forks etc. Easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location

We wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We chose this location because it wasn’t far from all the places where we needed to go. I had surgery, and we wanted to be local for a week after my procedure. The landlord and his wife were away on vacation while we were there (so lucky) but he gave us contact information for his son and daughter-in-law.

Review

We didn’t get the original apartment that was listed on VRBO because it got rented out to long term tenants. But instead of leaving us scrambling for another VRBO on short notice, or a hotel, the host offered us his personal main floor of the house. It was just a place to sleep but I had to clean the bathroom sink, I didn’t want to use the shower because there was a large hole in the wall (renovations I believe) and the overall cleanliness was a bit to be desired. It’s hard to rate this place to say that I did because it wasn’t the original apartment we were promised. If I were in the host’s position, I would have cleaned my place a lot more.

Nice place to stay

The host is wonderful, nice and very friendly. The apartment is worth more than the amount paid I will recommend the apartment over and over again for friends who want to come to Winnipeg
