Comfortable with all you need

Well presented with all you need to be self sufficient. Great communication and presentation couldn't fault it. Would recommend and would stay again.

Looks nicer than it is; rough area and old pictures

To start with the positives; -The beds are comfy, there's a tv in each room, and the rugs are soft. -The kitchen is very well stocked for those who like to cook, and there's about 3 different ways provided to prepare coffee/tea/espresso. For the less-positive but not deal breakers; -The room is up ~6 half-flights of stairs, with no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to get some exercise in. -The preview pictures are old, and the property has aged since they were taken. The shower is missing a door panel so the water sprays onto the wall and floor, there's also a hole in the ceiling with exposed wires and the towel rack has cracks in the tile around it. The furniture on the balcony is also different, with the 'egg chair' replaced with a bench. -The neighbourhood is rough, the moment you leave the rental building and turn right you'll be faced with a sidewalk filled with trash. There was discarded furniture by the side of the road. If you have a vehicle you should be fine, but there were many times I felt unsafe walking to and from the mall. The bad; There were beetles during my stay, crawling around the stove and coffee makers. I informed the owner and a refund for the remaining nights was agreed as I checked out early and found another place to stay. It has been over a month and there has been no contact from the owner, despite several calls to VRBO support, I have yet to receive even a message from the owner explaining the delay. Took my money and ran.
