Fantastic property located outside of Traverse City, MI. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to all we wanted to do that weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful peaceful stay

The house was perfect for two couples. The back deck was lovely for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked and we loved the grill. This was a fantastic spot. We would stay again.

Best VRBO experience we’ve had!

This VRBO was perfect! Lots of space, clean, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Super close to Traverse City as well as many restaurants within Interlochen. We cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here!

The house was spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities you would expect. The property owner reached out to me and provided a phone number in the event that anything was needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family going to the same area.

Beautiful Home!

All four members if our group absolutely loved this house! Very nicely appointed and spotless. We explored the area, TC, Old Mission Peninsula, Grawn, Interlochen, Benzonia... Check out Oaky's for dinner; just 5 minutes away. We will be back again!

Location was convenient. Accomodations were good. Bed was too firm hurting hips and back. Ants kept coming in the house and we did not have windows or doors open. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but overall cleanliness was not great. There were bugs and debris from other guests behind the furniture and our socks were really dirty just from walking on the floors.

Amazing Stay

This house is fantastic. Comfy couch and living room chairs and a huge tv. The kitchen is not only beautiful but has everything you need. The upstairs master bedroom is huge and the master bath is incredible. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The deck is the perfect spot. We wish we could have duplicated this home and took it with us to Charlevoix for our second half of our vacation.

Lovely Modern Home Tucked Away

We had a great stay! The house was immaculate and even smelled new! The amenities were very high-end right down to the light switches. The beds were comfortable and the environment was so peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is some blinds or a window covering in the master bedroom. The light was an issue in the morning, when we were trying to sleep in. Other than that, I would definitely, stay at this property again!

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I spent three nights in this comfortable, well appointed home. The home is in a good location, restaurants, grocery and gas station very close. We were centrally located to The Dunes, Sutton's Bay, Charlevoix and Traverse City, yet still off the beaten path. The bathroom/shower was beautiful and master king bed very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the large beautiful deck as it's very private and quiet surrounded by trees/nature. Communication with the owner was great and check in/out was a breeze. We really appreciated the basket of snacks that was waiting for us in the kitchen upon our arrival. We would highly recommend this home to couples or families traveling to the Traverse City area and won't hesitate to stay again when we return.

Winter fun with the family

We loved our stay at this modern and clean VRBO. The teens especially enjoyed the bottom floor with a sitting area, television and foosball table. Every amenity you can imagine was provided for from dish soap, plenty of fluffy towels, every cooking tool you’ll need and even quiet close cabinets. The sofas and beds were comfortable. The peaceful view of pine and deciduous trees made us feel like we were in a cabin but better because of all the amenities. The location is convenient for quick access to Cascade Mountain and Traverse City. It’s on a dead end street with little traffic. The only thing we heard was the neighbor’s rooster but since we are city folk we found him amusing. It is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at.

The house is beautiful, and in a great location. However, there were dirty dishes, the downstairs shower did not drain, and we discovered a roach in the kitchen. The owner was extremely responsive and provided some atonement. These issues are not his fault. This review is for Evolve, they handle the cleaning services and property management in their network. I reached out days ago and have yet to hear anything back.

Great and peaceful house :)

We really enjoyed our time in this rental house. Spent majority of the time on the deck when did not explore beautiful area there. It was very nice to have provided there some basics plus even coffee and tea. Thank you! If I can suggest some hints to possibly improve it a bit - some light blanket instead of comforter to sleep under in summer time, the door mat upstairs to be able to wipe damp feet coming back from the deck especially in the morning or after rain, some rugs/towels to wipe off deck furniture and toilet brush… The gutters seem to be needing cleaning too, most likely hard to keep up with that being surrounded by trees (which is so awesome!). Some of the lights did not come on for us, but it might have been user’s error… not a big deal. We would definitely come back and stay again in this place. Thank you!

Nice Property

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious home in Interlochen with our friends. The house itself was impressive, with a large patio and scenic woods in the backyard, offering a peaceful, nature-filled experience. The location is great, only about 25 minutes from Traverse City, which made it easy to explore the area. However, we did notice that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was popcorn and a few bugs on the floor when we arrived, and half of the deck cushions were missing, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the road leading up to the house looks a bit questionable at first, though it does improve as you drive further down. On the bright side, when the AC went out one day, the property management (Evolve) handled it quickly and efficiently. We were told to contact a gentleman named Lewis, who was incredibly responsive and had someone out to fix the issue while we were out sightseeing. It was great to see such prompt service. Overall, the house itself is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time. With some attention to cleanliness and property management, this could be an even more amazing place to stay. We'd love to return, and we hope the small issues will be addressed in the future!

Lovely property

We had a lovely time. The house is so warm and comfy. It is well outfitted and easy to find what you need. It is very accessible to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear, etc. We also fell in love with Oaky's tavern down the road. So cute, friendly staff and a nice place to have a cocktail after a day of exploring the area then home to a cozy house.

Traveling with 4 adults. Very nice home. Well furnished and clean. Easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Traverse City. Garage access was a plus. Would highly recommend.
