The house was perfect! So glad we found it. Had the whole family stay for a week for a wedding. It was so comfortable- on our last night we didn’t want to leave!Clubhouse pool and bar was nice too… we were there three afternoons and feels like a resort.The house had enough tvs and a theater room as well. David was the property manager and always took the time to quickly respond to my emails.We made a lot of memories that week and the house was a huge part of it!

This house was comfortable for everyone. After the day at the park, we were there for rest and relaxation. The theater room allowed us to do just that. My 14 yr old loved the game room, well all of us did. We didn't use the pool like we wanted to, because it didn't get as warm as we expected. It was a waste of money, but lesson learned. However overall we had a wonderful time.

Perfect for our large group

There were 14 of us including children, teens and adults. We had ample room, enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the on-site water park. The location is great for both Disney Parks and Universal. The themed rooms where great and the kids all loved them.

Great property for a large family. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and the house well appointed. Movie room and game room were a huge hit with the entire family! The pool and hot tub were much needed after long days at Disney parks.

Perfect Accommodation

Three generations stayed in this great villa. The kids loved the games room, best I have ever seen. The pool loooks over a lovely lake with a resident alligator in it. Sunrise is beautiful! Tastefully decorated, spacious rooms with everything you need. The management team were very responsive and offered great advice via a WhatsApp group they set up. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property with 8 high school seniors. We loved everything. The upstairs was perfect for them to hang out together. The rooms were super nice and the theming was neat. The game room and pool were also great to have access to. We even saw an alligator in the evenings.

The experience we had was outstanding. The home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. It was nice having the pool and hot tub heated. The view from the pool area was great! Amazing vacation home!

My extended family stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was the perfect house for our needs. They even provided a Christmas tree! The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the theater, and everyone loved the pool. The kid bedrooms that connected to the parent bedrooms were an added bonus that made everyone more comfortable. Overall it was the best home we've ever rented, and we hope to stay here again on future trips to Orlando!

Amazing getaway

We had such an amazing time here! The house is so fun and has a lot of room, even for our group of 13. We were in the back corner so we were away from everyone else and it was quiet and peaceful. The house itself is just like the pictures. Tons of room and stuff to do for those days you just want to lounge around. The beds were comfortable and they had plenty of towels for everyone. Loved staying here!

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We had plenty of space even with a large family; the playroom was great. The pool was nice, and having a corner lot overlooking the small lake made a huge difference. The community pools were worth visiting, wish we’d made time to visit them more often.
