The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Arrived early @ 2:30 so stopped at office, no one in office. Called and told person was at lunch. Returned and told no confirmation rental ready and to come back at 4:00. Asked if we could be called if ready before 4:00. Returned at 4 and received welcome packet and keycode, arrived at property 20 mins away and had not been cleaned. Cleaner arrived shortly after and explained was shortstaffed.We were not able to unload and move in until @ 5:15 when cleaning was done. Messaged Carolina Shores and never received response. No bath mats in bathrooms, spigot for hose had lock on it? so unable to hose sand off anything, sunblock not cleaned off poolside table, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers not cleanest, master bedroom mattress/bed uncomfortable and noisy. Best thing about house was location
