Sugarwood sits on a large lot with plenty of room to enjoy outdoor activities and scenery. The front porch lends itself to morning coffee or evening drinks at this two bedroom, two bath home. Enjoy the game room with family and friends or take advantage of this home's proximity to local features. Walking distance to the park, National Forest, market, and local restaurant Kallan's Bar and Grill.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood countertops, stainless steel appliances, five burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Converted garage game room with foosball, mini basketball, air hockey, and darts Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps, along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Cozy cabin great for the whole family!

We have never been to Big Bear before. We wanted to go for the snow, but apparently this was one of the hottest years, so we missed the snow. Even without snow, We enjoyed our time at Big Bear because of this cabin! It was so cozy, the garage/gameroom was great, and the big open yard was great for our dog, too! We all enjoyed this cabin and will definitely pick it again for our next visit to Big Bear.

Peaceful and relaxing

Very nice property and sits on a pretty large lot. Room for activities. My family enjoyed staying here and will return in the future. If you're coming in the winter months you might want to bring some firewood, extra blankets and pillows.(Easy's General Store) is very close which has a lot of items in case you forgot something. The game room was also a plus and is heated.

Very nice and clean, Kids loved gaming room. Shower head up-stair bathroom not working, and it seemed like main entrance window had curtain, very visible from outside @ night.
