CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need different times, please let us know in advance.

POWER SUPPLY: Corumbau often experiences power outages, and we do not have a generator.

INSECT REPELLENT: We recommend bringing insect repellent.

ITEMS PROVIDED: We provide basic kitchen utensils and bedding (pillows and fitted sheets). Please bring blankets, comforters, towels, and personal hygiene, cleaning, and kitchen products (shampoo, soap, detergent, etc.).

VOLTAGE: Voltage is 220V. Please check your devices before plugging them in.

BEACH CLEANLINESS: When visiting the beach, take garbage bags and dispose of them in the bins. Always leave the place clean and pleasant.

RESERVATION CHANGES: If you wish to change your stay dates, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

FURNITURE: Avoid moving heavy furniture to prevent accidents. Our cleaning staff will appreciate it.

AIR CONDITIONING: Keep doors and windows closed when the AC is on. This helps preserve the equipment and prevents heat and insects from entering.

SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed outdoors, preferably on the street away from the entrance. Please be careful with cigarette butts — Corumbau has native vegetation and no fire department. Smoking indoors may result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee.

PETS: Allowed upon prior request. Please inform us of the type and number of pets.

EVENTS & PARTIES: Not allowed without prior host authorization. If you have not rented all 3 houses, common areas may be shared with other guests.

QUIET HOURS: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect these hours to maintain a peaceful environment.

RESOURCE CONSERVATION: Please save water and electricity. Corumbau is still developing, and your collaboration is essential for everyone to enjoy their stay.
