The Space:

Your ultimate Taupō retreat awaits with three bedrooms, including a super king in the master and queen beds in the others, each with a panel heater. Note: there are stairs to access the rooms.



Relax in the lounge with a large TV or gather in the dining area. There’s a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the bath/shower, with a separate toilet nearby. Stay cozy year-round with a heat pump /aircon in the lounge.



Outside, relax and let the kids enjoy safely the fully fenced backyard. Your perfect getaway awaits!



Please note: This is not a modern or luxury property — it has a more traditional, older style and some signs of wear and tear. However, it offers a rare opportunity for large groups (up to 18 guests) to stay together under one roof, right in the center of Taupō. If you're looking for space, and convenience, this home could be a great fit. If you're after a high-end or newly renovated space, this may not be the right option for you.



While no one will be staying in the downstairs area and you will have the house for yourself, the downstairs is not available for guests on this listing. For larger groups, check out our separate listing for the entire house, sleeping up to 18.

The Neighborhood:

This house is near Crown Park where all the local Football events are held. A short drive up the road will take you to a Foursquare Supermarket and takeaways and bottle stores.



The property is very close to its neighbours, so guests need to be mindful of noise, particularly when using the Spa, where we have strict times of use.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

This property has two security cameras, one overlooking the front door and the driveway and the second one at the back pointing towards the backyard. The cameras DO NOT monitor indoor spaces



Interaction with Guests:

This house has a unique code to access the smart lock. This will be provided to you three days before your check-in date.
