Eagle House has 5-bedrooms and 5.5-baths, sleeps up to 14, (and is also a wonderful home for smaller groups!) with all but the 5th bedroom having a full bath. The bedrooms consist of one king, three queens, and a twin over full bunk. There are 3-bedrooms on the main level and 2-bedrooms on the upper level. The 5th bedroom is accessed through the master suite. The master suite offers a private, full bath, king bed, large windows offering views of the woods, and a Smart TV.

Step into a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of space for meal prep. Serving a big group or need that extra space for drinks? There is an additional fridge just a few steps down on the lower level. The bright and open kitchen is set up well for cooking and entertaining, with lots of counter space and a kitchen island. Enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee at the cozy kitchen table.

In the living room enjoy a bright and open living space with Smart TV over the fireplace. Walk-out French doors provide access to the back deck and patio. Eagle House can be found in the heart of Leelanau wine and farm country. Just north of the Village of Lake Leelanau, Eagle House is 5 miles to the town of Leland on Lake Michigan and Suttons Bay on West Grand Traverse Bay. Public beach access on Lake Leelanau is about 2 miles away. Boat launches on north and south Lake Leelanau are less than 5 minutes away. Lake Michigan beaches in Leland, Suttons Bay as well as Good Harbor Beach are nearby.
