Welcome to Whispering Water Villa, a waterfront home, located in the Solterra Resort, a gated community close to Disney!

You will feel relaxed as soon as you open the door to this BRAND NEW elegantly furnished 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home. Glass doors in the back opens to a large Lanai, Pool/Spa with water views ready to relax you with its whispering cool breeze.

The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room is perfect for your whole family to spend time together making memories, while still having plenty of room to spread out. Every room has an ensuite bath, so no one has to compromise on who gets the best room. The main floor master has a huge soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanity as well as large patios doors that lead directly out to the private pool and spa. The spacious master suite upstairs has a walk in shower, double vanity and huge walk in closet. Kids of all ages will want to stay in the Mickey Mouse themed twin/double room with adorable Mickey touches. An additional king room and twin/double room are upstairs.

As you walk up the stairs there is a second lounge that will be a perfect spot for the teens and kids in your family with a huge 65" smart TV and PS4. It will be hard to drag the kids out of this space!

The garage has been transformed into a game room with smart TV, pool table, foosball, air hockey for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the amazing Florida sun in the covered backyard with pool, spa and fully furnished with seating and dining areas.

Located in Solterra Resort, a premier vacation destination just 12 miles from Walt Disney World. This gated community offers a range of luxurious amenities, including a stunning clubhouse, resort-style pool with a waterslide, and a relaxing lazy river. * Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will reimburse this fee for guests paying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.

We offer some items to get you started on your stay with us. In order to replenish your needs during your stay there are multiple options nearby.
We have a few Keurig coffee and some tea, creamers, sugar, stevia to get you started during your stay, as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels, dishwasher packets, laundry packets, salt and pepper packets.

The villa is located in Davenport, which is 12 miles from Disney and close to other parks and many golf courses! When you are on your way you will pass through Champions Gate which has grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. It is a beautifully laid out area. About 4 miles from the villa is Posner Park with stores such as Target, Starbucks, a movie theatre and several other shops and restaurants. Plenty of spots for any additional needs you may have during your stay.

**Please mention at time of booking if you would like pool/spa heat (recommended October through April) for $35. Spa Heat can be added during the summer months for $17.50/day We have a BBQ grill available for use of our guests for $80 per stay. This is not a stand alone hot tub, this is a spillover spa.

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. $37.45 for up to 12 guests for the duration of the stay.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 designated spots in from of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
