Private basement suite.
Located on the beautiful Eastern Shore, 25 Mins from Dartmouth. Escape the city and enjoy the beautiful ocean bay views from Myers Point.
The Suite is fully equipped with new appliances throughout.
Every room has a fireplace, smart TV, phone charge lamps, sofa, lounging chair and a desk and chair.
The main room has a smart tv, fireplace, spacious, pac man, numerous board games, darts, and incredible views that can often include deer, eagles, osprey, harbor seals, herons, pheasants, etc............
Exclusive to the renter; the main lawn and main patio on the main lawn. The lower area to the water, boat ramp and dock are also available to you but is also used by family and friends.
Your patio has a large fireplace as you overlook the bay.
Lawn games include: Axe throwing, Horseshoes, Ring toss, Croquet, Bocce ball, Washer toss and more to come.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Butt can and ashtrays provided for outdoors.

Captain Gary's place is fantastic. It has amazing scenery and is very peaceful. Gary put in a lot of effort provided his guests with fun things to do, we enjoyed the dartboard and kayaking especially. Gary is super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the time there! Scott C

Captain Gary and Jody were very nice hosts anytime and anything we needed they were there very friendly hosts the place was awesome great location fishing was great also

Great place for our family get together

Helpful, friendly and responsive host. Beautiful location. Well equipped with quality furnishings. The pool perfect for a 6 yr old. We'd happily come back.

A beautiful and welcoming place

This was wonderful accommodation with everything you need. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities and then some. It also comes with a beautiful view on the water, and plenty of toys such as kayaks and paddle boats to use. The host (Gary) was kind and welcoming, and ready to provide any request we had. He made our stay a memorable one, and we would be happy to return at anytime.

Excellent mini vacation for the family.

Beautiful location overlooking the water. Kayaks, canoes, fishing rods were even offered if I wanted to fish. Gary is very friendly approachable guy. He heard me playing guitar and offered to loan me a keyboard if I wanted to use it. That's how accommodating he is. He was just upstairs but the entrance is private. Lovely spot great host. Tha k you Gary :)

Superbes vacances à Myers Point

Gary est un hôtel très attentionné et généreux, nous avons très bien été reçus. Il a mis à notre disposition des kayaks, des cannes à pêche et toutes sortes de divertissements intérieurs et extérieurs. Le site est vraiment super beau, on a eu de très belles vacances à Myers Point! Très propre!

We all had an amazing stay! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, plus extras. There were many many activities to do around the property and the host was very friendly. I appreciated his quick responses to my emails and he was accommodating with an early checkin. Definitely a place I will consider staying again!

Gary Evans MM CD did almost 40 years of sea service. The first 20+ yrs of which were in the Canadian navy. He then went on to attain his Master Mariner certification, retiring from the worlds waters as a full Captain. His experience varies as Master such as on tug and barge in The St. Lawrence Seaway and Northern Canada; a new build 330’ Liquid Natural Gas RORO ferry in Quebec, close quarter oil rig navigation whilst working in the Seismic industry in the oil fields of the world as well as close quarter vessel operations in the Great Lakes of Canada on the Bulk carriers / 730’ Lakers.
