One of two townhomes we have in the resort style community of Paseo, our spacious two level 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhome features two master suites - perfect for couples looking to vacation together or for guests planning to host during their stay. The community features a 26,000 sq ft village center, a social and recreational hub for the community. There are three heated community pools and a host of other amenities available for your use! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Entering the home through the screened in patio, you are first welcomed to the high vaulted ceilings and a light and bright decor style. The modern, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked and has seating at the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. A half bathroom is located on the first floor just off of the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second level and open up to a lofted office area and a laundry room. The first master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A pocket door separates the second bedroom and the guest bathroom from the rest of the home, easily converting it to a second master bedroom and bathroom.

The Paseo amenities include a clubhouse with a social room, fitness and covered seating area. Three gorgeous heated community pools, a theater, fitness, bocce, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, Wi-Fi Cafe, business center, pub, tiki bar, ice cream shop, coffee shop and bistro restaurants for casual and fine dining. Paseo also features a fishing pier and gazebos and benches overlooking the lakes. The gazebos also have grilling (BBQ) areas with dining tables. One of these is just a few steps from this unit. In addition to being only minutes from the neighboring communities of Fort Myers, Estero, and Naples, residents of Paseo are only a short drive away from beautiful Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, glorious golf fairways, outstanding shopping & dining at Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point Mall, and the vast array of attractions involving the arts, professional sports, nightlife entertainment and more!

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
