Spring Training Trip

Stayed with my father and uncle for our annual Orioles Spring Training trip. The property is an easy drive to Ed Smith Stadium and for restaurants downtown. Check-in was easy and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Go O's!

Sunshine state

The house was as listed. Very comfortable. The pool was amazing and it was just my sister and I and we loved the early morning view of the many birds in the lake steps from the house. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes cookware and utensils. We will def stay again. Thankyou

Quiet Neighborhood Conveniently Located

Was in town with a colleague for a work trip and found the location and amenities to be convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool as well as the quiet neighborhood. The house was nicely outfitted with pretty much anything we needed. Would stay there again.

Summer Vacation

House was very comfortable with plenty of cooking and other amenities that made this an enjoyable stay in spite of Tropical Storm Debbie. Would definitely go back if we return to the Sarasota area.

Overall nice stay. The pool and view are lovely. The house is comfortable and well-located. The lanai is very nice. My family described it as visiting an older family member’s house, given the size, decor, condition of furniture, etc (this is not necessarily a bad thing, it’s homey). There were no major issues, but a few smaller ones, such as lukewarm water, which never got hot, in one shower, which was not resolved during our stay. (We used the other shower for all four of us). Be advised that the blinds do not provide full privacy at night in the main bedroom if the room is lit; you can see in from the lanai, kitchen, and living room. We did notify the contact about the water and a few other things. Overall we enjoyed it very much, nice place!

Nice home and location

We needed a spot to stay for a weekend and this listing worked well for us! Clean. Beautiful pool. Listing and pictures were accurate. Good location for places we wanted to go.

Guys Golf Trip 2023

Good place to stay, the only thing was the pool was cold and due to that we really didn’t use it other then that nice place perfect size and close to every place we wanted to go. Would go back.

Great property and beautiful neighborhood

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Stayed with my immediate to honor my mother’s last wishes to release her ashes in Sarasota. Enjoyed the pool and house was really equipped. Beautiful patio with lots of nature on the lake. The only thing which threw us off was the amount of work to do before leaving as we left a hefty cleaning deposit, we had to remove the sheets from all the bedrooms and towels, pick up and leave everything as clean as we found it. We took out the trash, throughout bottles in recycling bin, and left the dishes clean etc among other things. Why ask for such a high deposit if we have to clean it? That was the only thing which was a bit too much when you are rushing to leave and drive back for hours. Aside from that we loved loved the place!!!

Relaxation in the peace and quiet

Before and after you day in Sarasota and Siesta Key happen, the perfect place to hang and relax is this out of the way gem in a most tranquil upscale management-controlled neighborhood.All the necessary amenities are at your disposal and an oversized great room and kitchen await you to put up your feet and gaze at the pool or fish pond right outside. It was just so comfortable, quiet and calming to sit inside or outside. We would stay here under the same circumstances absolutely.

Great experience!

The house was very nice with comfy furniture and plenty of space for my family of 7 to all hang out and be comfortable. The beach was 20 minutes away but with the pool in the back yard, we didn't need to be on the beach. I would definitely book this place again.

Nice Location But...

We stayed from April 6 to April 12, 2022. The area and house are very nice however we had several issues. First issue was the passcode did not work when we arrived and unable to get in touch with property management company. Home owner had a camera at the entrance and saw that we were struggling and contacted us to reset the passcode. Once inside we noted that it was clean looking however there is a musty smell in the master bedroom, most likely due to damp / old carpets. Another issue was garbage left in an open container in the garage from the last guest. Had to find a lid and air out the garage as it was nasty smelling. The pool also had issues as it was extremely dirty. Pool guy arrived next day to clean it and stated that it would not get much better as the pool had many leaks. During our stay 2 contractors arrived without notice to quote fixing the pool. It would have been nice to know all this before booking as we planned to spend much of our time lounging around the pool. At no time did the property management company call us, everything was through email which is not good customer service, They did however pick up the garbage from the garage but only after I asked them to. Location is great as it is only 15 to 20 minutes to Siesta Key or Lido Beach. This was our first vacation since pandemic started. We had a great time despite these issues. Love Sarasota and happy to be traveling once again.
