This property features 2 external security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell camera located by the back door facing the entry, and 1 camera located on the lower front of the home facing the driveway. Spacious & lovely cabin close to Yosemite!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this cabin styled home with great space for everyone to enjoy different activities. We all enjoyed the short walks to the lake and the fact it only took us an hour drive to Yosemite Valley.

Wonderful home! We loved our stay there. Location is great and the house has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to get some window coverings in the bedrooms/bathrooms!

Lovely, spacious log cabin.

Nice place. Very spacious and great deck! Although a few improvements would make a stay more comfortable. Add window coverings, especially in bedrooms, towel hooks/racks in bathroom, working dishwasher, and screens on some doors or windows to allow them to be opened for fresh air.

Fun lake and modern - like new house.

Walk to small beach, dock and fishing from house. Comfortable but top bedroom does not have curtains so be prepared to rise with the sun if sleeping in primary top bedroom.

Groveland Cabin - Yosemite

The cabin and location was amazing. The stay was exactly as it was described. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The only suggestion is that the bathroom and bedrooms don't have any curtains. While trying to change or shower the windows are open to the public while the lights are on. Otherwise the place and stay was amazing.

Nice clean house!, updated bathrooms!! Our family had an nice relaxed time at this house, only thing the AC only in the family room and upstairs bedroom. The house can get really hot.Also no curtains in the bedroom any privacy.

When we entered there was a live mouse stuck to a sticky trap in the upstairs bathroom that we had to deal with. Constant saw dust falls from the ceiling into the dining room area. No beach towels. Was not informed that we could not use our own paddle board or kayak at the lake. The cabin otherwise was comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and in a great location.

Great cabin in Groveland - 1 hour from Yosemite

We stayed here during a family trip to Yosemite and it was a great house. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Main floor (middle level) had 1 bath and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a large master bed/bathroom upstairs with a small loft, and the 4th room is downstairs with a twin over full bunk bed and another full bathroom. The lower level is a large open space and great for kids, but doesn't have a separate door, just a baby gate at the top of the stairs. There is also a baby gate to the upper loft area so it's great for little kids or pets. There was also a cot and air mattress available for use. Would stay here again.

Cabin experience was awesome!!

The cabin experience was amazing with all the amenities. very safe and felt like home with all the amenities. everything is local in distance and we all enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that the bedroom and bathroom did not have curtains to the windows at night when the lights are on. Anyone outside can clearly see inside at night with the lights on. I assume some people don't mind this as it's in the middle of the woods but the neighbors not that far off in the area. Otherwise this was an amazing place and WE would definitely come here again. If you need more privacy then this can be an issue but otherwise we made the most of it.

Nice place high fees

Nice place and looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds. Hidden $46 fee per car. Not on the VRBO listing. Mgmt communication about it says $44. The amenities available are not worth that if you’re visiting Yosemite. The fees added up to about 43% of the cost without the additional car fees. Checkout instructions do not match the very short information sheet in the house. No towel bars or hooks to hang towels. None. Many reviews mention this and this simple thing hasn’t been fixed. Owner listed as the only contact and when contacted with questions wasn’t happy to be contacted. Handwritten instructions for the electronics weren’t clear and the speakers never worked, but we didn’t use the TV that much. No curtains in downstairs bedroom Ice maker not working This is not a vacation rental by owner. It is vacation rental by management company. I don’t want to have to register for a second app/website for a one time rental. I would not stay in Pine Lake again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed during the Christmas Holiday. It was such a beautiful property that was well appointed and located in a wonderful area. It was close enough to Yosemite and easy to access. We loved the main street area which had some great places to eat and shop. The people in town were also delightful. Our host was so great to work with and communication was excellent.

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay!

My friends and I enjoyed this newly renovated cabin very much! It’s in a great location with many amenities and only 90+ min away from Yosemite! The bathrooms and open kitchen/dining area design were great and the rooms were very spacious. However, I would’ve given this place a 5 star rating had there been a disclosure about the parking fee/car required by the housing community. I understand parking fees are required sometimes but it would’ve been nice to know that upon booking. Also would have liked one or two chopping boards for the kitchen for cooking but that’s a minor thing. Besides that, everything was great!

Great spot!

Rental was easy, house was immaculate and location near the golf course and a short walk to Dunn Ct Beach was perfect. PML is a hidden gem and this is a great house to explore it all.
