Very nice stay

A nice layout with 2 large bedrooms and a nice big kitchen. Hosts were great with communication. Stayed here 2 times. Very close to Winthrop and town.

2nd stay

This was my second stay. Nice and cozy. Quiet and lots of room. The kitchen is large and nicely stocked. The hosts sent the info for entry, quick communication.

Great location!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This cute little house was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had all the things we needed to prepare meals. We had a great stay and the convenience of the location was perfect!

College tours and vacation

Overall the property was clean and nice. I will say, the train is quite loud. Kept us up at least 2 of our 3 nights. The yard needed to be cut front and back. The house was further from Winthrop campus than expected. One bathroom and the shower was not draining.

Great stay for our volleyball tournament.

This property was the perfect location to attend our volleyball tournament at Rock Hill Sports Center. We really liked the snacks left for us. We will be looking forward to staying here in the future.

Perfect

The house is completely renovated, located in a quiet, established neighborhood. Location is perfect. Easy access to everything downtown Rock Hill has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great sray

Stayed overnight while driving to Florida. Listing is as advertised with a quiet neighborhood that is a block away from a nice public garden (Glencairn). This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Mill House. The place had everything we needed. It was decorated really nicely and close to everything. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thanks for having us!

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is done well and it has a lot of charm. The neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors are friendly. Very nice park is a less than a half mile away. Loved it. We will go back.

Loving being near the local Glen Cairn park for the dogs. Neighborhood was quiet except for the occasional train horn. Wife said water pressure was great. Older house but renovated and clean. I would recommend

Mill House

This property was just as advertised, clean, and in a safe area. There was a beautiful park a block away, and it was within 5 minutes drive of many restaurants. I just stayed here overnight while traveling but will absolutely be looking to book here again in the future, it absolutely beats hotels off the highway.

Charming

Location ideal is you want to be close to sports complex. House just needs a little love. Touch up paint, clean the ceiling fans, cobwebs high in corners of ceilings, yard clean up. But overall a charming place to stay.

Nice place to stay in Rock Hill!

Good experience overall! Really wish that the Glade plug-ins were not used everywhere in the house. Many people have sensitivities to the chemicals in those and much better options are available. Other than the terrible smell from those the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful and quaint.

The property is lovely and cozy, being from Colorado the interior tell was a touch chilly, but it was nice for the weather. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only complaint would be the night before we had to leave the neighbors were partying loudly late into the night. However that is not affecting this review.

What a surprise.

You would think this is a bad area if you drive by at night. But, what a surprise. The house is very nice, and it's a very quiet neighborhood. There is a park about two or three blocks away for those who like to walk. Really enjoyed my stay. Just wish there was a TV in the back bedroom. Maybe need a grilling area as well.
