Luxury Condo Penthouse walk to Beach !

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and pullout Couch. Luxury Condo 2 Patios, One being Private Rooftop Terrace.

Eden Caribe was completed in 2017 it feels and looks new. It features granite countertops, White Modern Kitchen, mahogany woodwork , stainless steel appliance, and modern bathroom features. This is the Penthouse unit with a total of 1850 square feet including the Private Rooftop Terrace.

Everything you need to enjoy yourself is within walking distance. Beaches, Shops, restaurants. The awesome white sand beaches of Bavaro are across the street and only short walk away.

This Condo has everything you possibly need and is fully furnished s with all amenities like washer and dryer, cookware, iron, hairdryer, make up mirror, designer bedsheets and plush pillows. You can control the air temperature in the bedrooms by remote control so sleeping is very comfortable.

This super clean Condo has a master bedroom with a King bed, balcony, and private full bathroom. The second suite has a queen bed and private full bathroom. If you have more than 4 a guest can sleep on our Pull out sofa.

Check in is between 3pm and 7pm. Check out is at 12pm. Any check in or check out outside of this range may result in an additional fee.

The complex is awesome the pool is massive and super clean and at a beautiful temperature. its like a resort with loungers waterfalls etc.

Our Property Manager (Sun E Management) will check you in and out, and the electricity you consume during your stay will be collected at checkout.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Comfortable Stay in a very nice place

This is an excellent condo that has a wonderful roof top deck with seating and a grill - FANTASTIC! The layout and the tile work in the home is very well done The pool and access is easy - a good place to stay in Punta Cana!

Amazing property

This was my first trip to this location and it was amazing. If I had to change anything it would be that the beds are extremely hard and for some that is great but I am use to sleeping on a medium to soft bed so I did fight with sleep.

Home away from Home

We enjoyed staying here very much for 10 days. The condo is beautifully decorated and really feels like home away from home. Neighbors were quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed having a large private terrace, the best place to be on a breezy night. The pool is beautiful, large and refreshing. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Security Guards were very nice and helpful during check-in. Even late night, their presence is seen walking the grounds and securing the entrance, so we always felt safe walking late nights. I will definitely book here again in the future!

Beau condo mais aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Manque de literie, verres et coupe à vin. Peu de chaises accessibles à la piscine. Annonce près de la mer mais encore là chaises inaccessibles et quand on en trouve aucun parasol pour se protéger du soleil. L’endroit est très sécuritaire. Quand j’écrivais j’ai eu l’impression de parler à deux personnes différentes. Une personne qui était toujours agréable et disponible et l’autre qui était plus direct et moins attentionnée.
