    Vegan Home Stay- Small Queen Room w Shared Bathroom

    I offer a small Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom (with only one other guest room next door called the Double room).
    Vegan continental breakfast included; cereal, toast, juice, fruit, tea and coffee.
    The rooms have top quality linen, electric blanket, double doonas, heater, wifi, tv, fridge and lovely garden views. Right next door to Newstead Coles, chemist, cafes and restaurants, post office and Newstead Hotel across the road. Best value for money budget accomodation in Launceston.
    Molly and Mr B the gentle dogs live here too. Pets allowed extra $25 per night -if pets are aggressive toward our submissive dog or any people in the house dogs and guest must leave immediately with no refund. Safety is paramount.
    Sorry no cooking in the rooms.
    There is free parking out front on the street and next door to Coles- no time restrictions apply.
    Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

    Check in prior to 8pm as entrance is through my private home and to minimise noise to other guests. Then you can come and go as late as you want.
    I am vegan and kindly request guests do not store or consume animal products in our house. Thank you kindly for understanding

    The room was beautiful, the hosts were lovely and location was great and easy to find. It’s always great to find a place where your fur babies are welcome and able to enjoy your holiday with you.
