Lovely stay & experience

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay here too visit Crystal Beach. The cottage was so neat and nicely kept and very close to the beach (we rode our bikes to get there). Would stay again and recommend to others!

Great stay!

Lovely cottage, super well equipped. The owners, Nick and Morgan, were very accessible. I thought the place was slightly closer to the beach. Still an amazing place to stay and area to discover.

We (family of 4) had a great stay here. The layout of the place was great, very comfortable beds, good sized bathroom and enough space for the four of us. The hosts provided toys for our kids which was so appreciated. The hosts also provided the necessities (Towels, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, kitchenwares and more)The hosts were great at communicating and answered all the questions I had..The beach is a bit of a walk but there was plenty of paid options around the main beach if you had lots stuff to bring like we did. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet and Relaxing

Was the perfect place to stay and collect my thoughts. Centrally located, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Everything I needed and more. Owners were especially nice and very accommodating. Loved it.

Great stay!

Great communication from the owner. They left items such as a high chair and playpen as well as toys for the two year old that was with us. We had all the necessities we needed. Also had 2 Bay Beach passes for us to use.

Homeowners provided detailed instructions to check-in. Welcome information made settling in very easy. House is on a quiet road and within walking distance of Tim Hortons. Spacious backyard and the inside was very clean. Only downside is that internet was very slow (probably due to location.) Ended up hotspotting from cellphone to get around this problem. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely return.

VERY CLEAN - and beautiful floors and countertops, open concept, comfy mattresses on both beds. It was a quiet, comfortable space with a big private yard. Thoughoughly enjoyable to stay there after our fantastic day at the Crystal waters of Crystal/Bay beach. Laundry on site was helpful too. Thanks to Nick and Morgan we’ll come back!!

Clean & comfortable stay

I stayed at this property for 1 month while waiting to move into my house. Nick was extremely responsive, and really tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Had all the amenities I needed to make me feel “at home” during my stay. It’s also a very short walk to all amenities, and about 10 min walk to beach - would highly recommend this place, especially in the summer months!

the property was excellent and exact as described. it was clean and bright and felt very safe and secure the cottage was absolutely 12/10 excellent. the only complaint (if any) is that we woke up at 630am to a screaming baby which was not ideal when we were very late getting back from a concert in buffalo. aside from that it was perfect!

This cozy little cottage was a great option this May long weekend. Nice clean location with several needed amenities and friendly neighbours. The only miss for me is the unfenced yard. If you bring your dog you have to keep an eye on it so it doesnt wander.

Quaint Cottage

The property pictured is what you get. It's clean and it's location quiet. Not too far from the beach and the owners were kind enough to leave us their beach passes for our stay. We had an unforseeable event cut our stay short but I felt the owners handled it very well. They went up and above on the customer service. I would definitely visit their cottage again.

Great get away from Niagara Falls tourists!

Well stocked and nicely decorated home. Owners stay in other half but were quiet. Only complaint is the house smelled musty initially, needed aired out. Plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies for our stay. Neighborhood is quiet. The beach/town isn't a short walk, but doable (more than a mile). We appreciated the use of the beach passes the owners provided for our stay. If we were to return to Fort Erie area would consider a return visit to this VRBO home. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality!

Great place

The owners answered any questions we had promptly. The place.was as adveristized. The owners were so kind to provide their own passes for the beach. The unit had eveything we needed, close to everything...beach, grocery store, liquor store, Tims, and nice restaurants. It was so peaceful there and clean. It was nice that the linens and towels were included.We definitely will be back again. Thank you Fraser's. Well.done.👍💛
