Bienvenidos (welcome) to the shores of the Sea of Cortez in beautiul Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Widely known as Arizona's beach, Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) is just a short 214 miles (3hrs and 42 minutes) from Phoenix, 321 miles from Sedona, 307 miles from Palm Springs, Ca and 414 miles from Los Angeles.

This property was recently purchased and spruced up with ALL NEW black stainless steel appliances including extra quiet dishwasher and convection oven. We are so happy to have added this beachside villa to our Sedona Vacation Villa properties which include VRBO Property ID# 920288 and Property ID #994508 which have received 100's of FIVE STAR reviews for EXCELLENT owner services. We pride ourselves on offering clean, comfortable and convenient accommodations in the most beautiful places on earth.

We are located in the CENTER building at Bella Sirena's landscaped resort by the SEA! With over 880 palm trees and 14 acres of lush green landscaping this is Penasco's landscaped oasis at the Sea of Cortez.

We invite you to stay at this newly purchased and recently remodeled luxury beach side condo in highly desirable Bella Sirena Resort located on Sandy Beach in the heart (and soul) of Puerto Penasco. Our staff has partnered with an excellent on site management team to ensure you a most warm and welcoming holiday experience. Beach towels, beach chairs and trolly are provided to make everyday a beach day!

We selected this particular condo as it is located in the highly desirable center C building which provided direct views to the ocean. We love this unit because you can access it either elevator or avoid the elevator all together and arrive by a single flight of open stairways. Most other resorts in Rocky Point have only one bedroom facing the sea. Our unit is designed where BOTH bedrooms have unblockable views of the SEA OF CORTEZ. Everyone wakes up with blue water view and an ocean breeze! From this unit you will over gorgeous stone courtyards, through beautiful groves of palm trees and over the largest pool in the resort to the magnificent blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. Our spacious Luxury condo has views to the Ocean from every room! Huge master suite: High end King bed; private slider to patio, Direct TV, walk in shower, deep soaking tub even has views of ocean.

Great stay in a very comfortable condo. Good location near the main pool with great views from the balcony. Bella Sirena is the only property we stay at.

Lovely beach condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location in the center building and the huge patio was awesome. I loved the large kitchen and spaciousness of the condo overall. We would definitely recommend this condo and I'm sure we'll stay here again.

Bella Sirena C202 is absolutely the best!

When I book Bella Sirena C202 I know the condo will be clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with plates and pans, immediate response from owner, beach accessories, beach towels, amazing view, huge patio with so many seating options…. Enjoyable family weekend

The accommodations were perfect for my family. The condo is beautiful, clean and everything like light/fan switches were clearly marked and the kitchen is very spacious. The condo had everything you need to enjoy the beach, wagons to carry chairs, umbrellas, towels. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio listening to the live music at the pool. Our host Jerry was very nice and helpful, recommending different places in the area. An overall 5 Star experience! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jerry for providing such beautiful, comfortable accommodations!

The property indeed has a beautiful ocean view from each room even when the screens are closed, the view is perfect, there were a couple times we almost walked through the screens while looking at the view. There were ample sheets, blankets and throws throughout the condo. The amenities were well thought out and we did not want for anything, from a beach cart and chairs, to the kitchen accessories. You can tell the kitchen was stocked for convenience and cooking. We actually did not cook as we were only there for four days and it was easy to walk or drive to several close by restaurants. The bar and grill on the property were pretty good and the staff were friendly. The best part of the property is the communication from the owner. From the instructions to check in and even suggestions for eating and activities he was proactive making sure we had a good time. We had a problem with the wifi and he immediately sent someone to look at it, turns out it was resort-wide and not just our condo. It was fixed and there were not any problems for several devices to stream. The huge balcony was also well furnished and cozy. For a family of four the resort and ocean front was entertaining as far as massages on the beach, food carts, roving mariachi bands, etc. We walked to Diego's a couple times from the beach. The beach is also good for shells and some tide pooling. For our first time to PP, it was something we were pleasantly surprised. I felt safer there than in Arizona.

Beautiful Condo

We loved the layout of this unit and it is beautifully decorated. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable with the large patio. The kitchen is also fully stocked. Jerry was great to deal with as well.as property management. We will definitely be back.

This unit can be accessed by elevator or simply by a short set of stairs. It is my goal to do whatever I am able to do to make your Sedona or Mexico stay enjoyable and memorable. I was also a volunteer at the Sedona Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center as well as a member of the Sedona Arts & Culture Commission (two terms). I can be an excellent source and reference for things to see and do in Sedona. I equipped all of our Sedona Vacation Villas properties with all the amenities I would want when I travel. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Prior to purchasing this condo, my family and I stayed as renters. I had stayed at several units in the beautiful Bella Sirena Resort and this particular unit was my favorite. Beautifully decorated, spacious bedroom, a wonderful large kitchen with a center island. Everyone felt as if they could spread out and the energy and views of this unit were perfect. When I found out the owner was interested in selling we immediately purchased the property, even before it went on the MLS listing.

One of the reasons I like this unit so much was that we are able to easily access the condo without the use of the elevator. This made us feel particularly safe with all that has existed with Covid. Of course you can also use the elevator, but I prefer the short stairs which opens up the view to enjoy blue ocean views from every room of the spacious condominium.
