ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bath. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, built in microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
