Nicely decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo in one of the islands most popular

resorts close to Schlitterbaun waterpark. Beautifully landscaped grounds with

pool. STR PERMIT #2023-0182.



Gulfpoint 3209 - This resort has been one of the island's most popular for

many years. Protected parking underneath the building. Beautifully landscaped

grounds with a pool. An older complex offering an excellent value. Near Beach

Park At Isla Blanca. Wristbands must be purchased and worn at all times.

Nice condo near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay . The condo was great , the pool and game room was fun . The beach was about a five minute walk from the condo , very clean and enjoyable.

Summer staycay

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Would stay here again. Unfortunately, the only negative was the property wristbands that are not included in the total pricing which seems to me sketchy. The great pricing was a disappointment after learning we had to leave an additional 150 dollars for wristbands for the property. This should be disclosed in the description.
