ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA ,EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. There is a 4 day minimum during the 4th of July.
