Kaha Lani unit #307 on the third floor: One of the only three-bedroom, two-bathroom units showcases an open floorplan as one of the largest units in the complex, with tropical island décor and modern fixtures throughout. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for natural sunlight to flood the living area, leading to a furnished outdoor lanai where you can enjoy the majestic scenery and breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding grounds.

Relax in the living room after a day exploring Waimea Canyon and soak in the Hawaiian-style ambiance while sinking into the plush furnishings. Vaulted ceilings add to the open layout, and ceiling fans in all rooms assure you stay cool year-round.

Cook a feast for the whole family in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and brand-new appliances including a full-sized refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Sit down to enjoy your home-cooked meal at the dining room table or migrate outside to your private lanai to enjoy the scenery with ample seating for all.

The master bedroom has a king bed, providing plush pillows and fresh linens to ensure a peaceful night’s rest. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom provides a bunk bed complete with a twin mattress and a double mattress. Total guests this space can accommodate are a total of six people.

Additional perks include free Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs. One flat-screen TV is in the living room and the second is in the master bedroom. You will also find free parking available on-site.

It’s all about going with the flow at this east Kauai oceanfront vacation condo with snorkeling favorite Lydgate Beach Park at its doorstep. Swim or snorkel in the Pacific Ocean, lay on the beach, lounge by the heated swimming pool, play some tennis, have an afternoon barbeque, or go for a stroll on the 8+ mile coastal path running all the way up to Kealia; all within an arm’s reach at Kaha Lani. The resort is also close to golfing with the Wailua Municipal Golf Course adjacent to the resort grounds.

No exactly what we expected

We will not be back. We reserved a 3 bedroom unit, it was not available upon arrival. They separated the booking into a 1 bed and 2 bedroom rental and left the 2 bedroom early. The 2 bedroom wasvery dated, dust and moldy

Good morning, We booked a VRBO with you from August 30 to September 6. Upon our arrival, we were informed that there would be ongoing work, including dry rot repairs and painting, which made the property unbearable during the day. This was unexpected, and we were not notified of these disruptions beforehand. To make our stay tolerable, we had to purchase three large fans for a total of $202, which we have left at the property since we cannot take them with us on the plane. Additionally, one of the fans was already broken when we arrived. Had we been aware of these conditions, we would have chosen a different location. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience and the cost of the fans. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Bob Harris

Beautiful condo

Our family really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully done. Two big balconies make it easy to sit outside and enjoy the sunrise each morning. The ocean view is amazing. There were chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, and umbrellas to take to the beach. We would stay here again, but I deducted a star for two reasons: 1) we went in August. It was HOT. No A/C. There's a nice breeze that comes in the big sliding doors into the living room and master bedroom. However, this breeze doesn't reach the other two rooms. These rooms were very hot a night and it was difficult for the kids to sleep. Even in the master we couldn't even sleep with a sheet on, too hot for that. 2) there is no laundry in the unit. Since it's a beach vacation, I really would have appreciated being able to do a load and/or at least dry a few things in the dryer. (They will give you new towels at the front desk, and you can pay to go to the laundry room in the complex, but I still would have liked access to a washer/dryer in the unit).

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time! Other than the lack of air conditioning and a little misunderstanding during check in ( we arrived very late and had a hard time finding the person we were supposed to get our key from) everything was just lovely.

Absolutely wonderful.

This place is amazing, the view is spectacular and the location is perfect. Fabulous, such a beautiful condo. Perfect for a family, plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, the beds are super comfortable. Would stay again and again.

Getaway

Amazing views! Nice grounds and staff. Very well appointed unit with comfortable beds and great kitchen. No AC is expected and with trade winds plus the provided fans you can keep it comfortable. Stay at the unit and relax on the Lanai and pool or use as a home base to explore all Kauai has to offer this place was top notch!

Nice property

The property was nice. It would have been better if the condo had air conditioning. Public beach had some sketchy areas so we had to watch our surroundings and keep our guard up a bit more than I wanted for a peaceful vacation.

Great location and lovely property

Great location, lovely property and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We did go in August, so just be aware it is hot as the place has no air conditioning and it’s the top floor. Some rooms get more of a breeze than others.
