You will enjoy this beautiful and spacious LAKEFRONT property with Central AC, HOT TUB, Unique Covered Dock, Lake Views, Private Beach, Trampoline, Putting Green, Lounge Chairs, Firepit, Patio Heater, Pool Table, BBQ, Fireplace and much more! Hot Tub available all year around! Reach out for any questions.

This is a 4 level split home which provides a unique experience at each level.

Level 1 - Bedroom, Family space, Pool table, Air hockey, Ping Pong
Level 2 - Bar, Full Bathroom, Living Room
Level 3 - 2nd Living Room, Dinning Room with Kitchen
Level 4 - Bedrooms, Office Space and 2x Full Bathrooms

Guest access - Entire property except the garage
No Unauthorized events allowed at the property.

1) Please book for number of guests that will be attending the property. This includes any visitors!! Automatic fine and charges will apply.
2) Pedal Boat, Kayaks and Paddle-boards are INCLUDED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY! They are left outside, please clean them as needed. Life jackets provided.
3) There are three security outdoor cameras. Looking out the front parking, ground level patio and dock (not the hot tub).
4) Firewood is not provided. You can easily get it from closest gas station and grocery store.
5) Please be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely, no loud noise anytime. This is a residential area.
6) Printed copies of guest manual is provided at the property. Please follow the rules! For latest info always follow online link provided at time of booking.
7) Guaranteed early check in for 2pm available at $99. Free early check in depends on house availability.
8) Propane is not provided for the heater. If it is empty, please replace it with a full one as needed from gas station.
9) Unauthorized party over 10. Forfeit of DD applied.
10) ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC ANYTIME.

Amazing location. This home and property are exactly how described with beautiful furnishings and decor. The kitchen was beyond well stocked with dishes, glassware, appliances to cook and entertain. The property owner has gone out of the way to anticipate guests needs and provide comfort, elegance and an environment that is peaceful and serene. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful stay.

What an amazing place to just escape and relax. Absolute nostalgia with the dvd collection, hot tub, pool table, lakefront, super comfortable, what more could you ask for? The host responded right away and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend, we’ll be booking this place again for sure!

Beach getaway

If you’re looking for a beach getaway, this is the place to be! The outdoor property was amazing paddle boat canoe, a dock, and even had its own little beach of sand for the kids to build Sandcastles. It was beautiful! The yard was very well maintained, and you could enjoy the fire pit in the evenings, gazing across the water! The home inside was very clean and had everything that you would need for your stay, had plenty of room for everyone. It is an amazing house.! The host was also amazing replied pretty much instantly. Anytime we reached out, we didn’t need to reach out much though it was very easy access and again everything you could ask for in the home, but they were wonderful to deal with.! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family beach getaway. You will not be disappointed.!

Though initially esthetically pleasing, we were not impressed with cleanliness. Beds were clean but not comfortable. Hot tub was initially cold and was not clean. Bbq was disgusting and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. floors were super slippery. Stairs had no or bad hand rails which resulted in a severe injury. Pool table was not level and not playable. Chess pieces had rancid water in them and not clean. Deck was un level. Sand pit full of animal feces. Many holes in walls due to no door stoppers. Laundry facility complicated and unusable without an app. No dust pans could be found to sweep up. For the price it was not worth it…too expensive for the bandaid over the bullet wound this place turned out to be.

Place was nice and clean. Check-in was very easy. Being on the water was wonderful! The Chestermere area is very beautiful. One downside of our stay was the grass wasn’t cut, so the yard area was unusable as the bugs were unbearable. One thing to note before booking is that two of the bedrooms are connected by curtain only. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Give this place a shot!

This place was perfect for our group of 10 family and friends! The property management team was easy to communicate with, and any issues were quickly resolved, making our stay stress-free. You could stay in Calgary, but why do that when there’s a lakefront oasis just outside the city? We had an amazing time—highly recommend giving this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed!

Great weekend geatway

I will start by saying that I appreciate the communication with the host. We were a group of 9 and I asked a few too many questions prior to the booking to avoid any issues. The host answered all my questions in a timely and friendly manner.We stayed for 2 night and it rained non stop for the whole weekend which was very unlucky. We were not able to enjoy the lake, the patio or any other outdoor activity, but even with that we had a great time, the house was cleaned, great location and lots of room. I would not hesitate to book this place again in the future. Thank you

It was good

Impression of the property is nice, the lake view was nice. It was a home based on the couples style, it is different than a lake house vibe. The cameras were an uncomfortable feel, we knew they were there prior to arrival, it just felt off once we were there.In all honesty we thought the paddle boards, kayaks, and peddle boat were included in the price, but found out once we arrived they had to be rented. For the cost to stay here at just over 450 a night it was a disappointment for us this wasn’t included like we thought. Guess we should have read that better.We enjoyed the outside yard and games and the location was great. A couple km drive and there is a few nice parks we enjoyed walking through, the area is very nice.

Such a beautiful home!

Did a last minute staycation with some friends, the house is so lovely and the outdoor lakeside view was so wonderful! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a good place to stay in chestermere!

Family gathering

We asked special permission to have a 60th birthday gathering at the property. The host/hostess was very accommodating, compromising and great communicators.The property was clean and lots of activities for everyone to enjoy and take part in. Even in the winter we enjoyed the hot tub and big back yard. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property and location

My family and I stayed at this property over New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfect for a large family, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The entertainment options were a major highlight, we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the relaxing hot tub. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.

Property is older, but in good shape..Cons: Could use a Reno in the next year..Back deck is spongy in a few places, master bath tub doesn’t drain properly, or drains very slowly..could definitely use a thorough cleaning; baseboards, lower cupboard doors were dirty. Family room mini fridge couldn’t even be used as there was so much ice build up, the freezer door wouldn’t close..Pros: Property manager is awesome! Very on spot and helpful. We asked if there would be a Christmas tree up, and he brought in 2 4 1/2 ft ones for us.. Kitchen was great, brand new fridge..Beautiful area, very close to everything.

Great job on how easy it was check in and get everything setup, definitely worked great we had booked for a small Christmas party and were delighted to see that hosts had it decorated with trees was truly a great place to stay would definitely stay again

Stagette Party

We stayed overnight and enjoyed the hot tub, the yard, the games inside the house too. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond!
