Ground level 1-bedroom private guest suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private street. Offers a full kitchen with dishwasher, 4-piece bathroom with washer and dryer, queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed. 25 minutes from downtown Victoria, minutes from Westshore town center, beaches, parks, and walking trails. Perfect for the professional, couples, or travelers looking to experience everything the greater Victoria, Cowichan, and Sooke areas have to offer.

This modern, bright, and cozy suite is the perfect base for your Victoria adventure. Tucked away in the peaceful community of Royal Bay, the suite offers a private entrance and secure self-check-in so you can arrive and unwind on your own schedule.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area that although small, maximizes the space with a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed and a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen has full-size appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal. You can enjoy your meal at the three-seat bar-height table, which conveniently includes built-in USB ports for charging your devices.

Just off the main living area, the spacious bedroom has a plush queen-size bed and a large closet. Next door, a full bathroom includes a washer and dryer, along with all the essential amenities you'll need during your stay.

Step outside to a shared backyard patio where you can relax and soak up the sun. The space is equipped with a four-person dining set, a propane BBQ, and even a basketball hoop for some friendly competition. While it's a shared space with the host family, it's designed for everyone to enjoy.

This suite is in the heart of Royal Bay, a charming seaside neighborhood. You're just minutes from the ocean and local beaches, as well as convenient amenities like Red Barn Market, the new Quality Foods, and Royal Bay Bakery.

If you're looking to explore further, popular attractions like the Malahat Skywalk, Sooke, and Shawnigan Lake are all within an hour's drive. The suite is also ideally located for students and professionals, with a 25-minute drive to downtown Victoria and easy access to local colleges.

Great place to hang out for a few days. Beautiful location. Minor issue with no cable and the World Series being on. We did find a local bar to watch the Jays!

Exactly what we needed!

We had an amazing stay!! Melissa was so friendly and helpful! The space was perfect for our family of four. The house was super clean and well taken care of. We had everything we needed and more (lots of towels, kitchen supplies and even extra toiletries).They even had a basketball court and lots of balls to play with!The location is super great if you’re touring around Victoria.Would definitely stay again :)

Great little spot to stay near campus for my convocation ceremony at RRU. Very clean, well labelled suite. Quick walk to trails for an amazing viewpoint.

Great Space, Great Hosts

We loved our stay with Melissa and Nyle. They were responsive, hospitable, friendly, and gracious. The space was great, and our 11-year-old loved the small basketball court. The kitchen has a lot of great tools, though we didn't cook there ourselves. If we came to Victoria again, we'd love to return.

Everything we needed

My daughter and I stayed here for her swim meet at Saanich Commenwealth Place. It was everything we needed. Full kitchen and laundry and a separate bedroom for her and sofa bed in the main room for me. The unit is fully self contained from the main house, no shared entrance or doors leading to the main house. It is in a nice quiet area of modern construction. Also everything is above ground so there it doesn't feel like you are on the bottom floor. Everything is new and clean. The ultimate test is whether I would stay here again and whether I would recommend it to others. I absolutely would.

Go to the Malahat Skywalk when you stay at this nice suite

Very clean! Nice decor. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. The drive to water is very short but please know you cannot see the water from the lower unit at all. The malahat skywalk is EXCELLENT

A perfect stay!

The owners have made sure that all is in place to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very quiet and had many touches that made you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and hope to be back soon.

As a family, we love the Royal Bay area. Nestled in the quiet seaside community of Royal Bay, we are located on a quiet, private street, that is surrounded by nature and minutes from the ocean.

Although smaller, our suite is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with anything you might need. Our unit is incredibly clean, and very cozy. It is located in a brand new, modern home and is fitted with a central air system that offers both heating and cooling.
