City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 4 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Entire condo is yours to enjoy to yourself! This upscale stunning unique two bedroom condo is located in the heart of Winnipeg's entertainment district. This unit has one king bed and one queen bed. They location cannot be beat. Across from the Canada life center, steps from RBC convention centre and two of Winnipeg's most popular restaurants are in the building attach. This condo is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, for kitchen and a balcony. Parking is extra the building has an attached parkade. through me you can order a parking pass based on availability for $20 per day. We do not allow access to the building gym, theatre, lounge or rooftop. The skywalk is no longer available it’s been closed by the hotel Parkade has lots of parking STRA-2024-2528775

The location was great, the building felt secure, and the space itself was more than enough for our stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. Communication from the host often felt punitive (house rules go to great lengths explaining all that can get you kicked out by security) rather than helpful, I had clearly shared that we would be arriving after 9 pm, but was never told that all access codes reset at midnight. This created unnecessary stress at the end of a long travel day.Cleanliness was also an opportunity for improvement. There was obvious food debris on the furniture and TV remote and trash under the beds, Basic supplies were also lacking — no body wash or conditioner, and only a small amount of shampoo — so we had to go out and purchase essentials. The lights in the primary bedroom didn’t work, the TV wasn’t functioning, and no flat sheets were provided, which felt unhygienic. With clearer communication and more attention to guest essentials, this stay could have been much better.

Hi Anna arriving after 9 PM is different than arriving after midnight. The access codes do not reset at midnight. The buzzer stops being answered and we send you a link to enter the building instead of using the buzzer. You are welcome to arrive at any time that you wish to arrive at, but if you are arriving after midnight, knowing that somebody needs to answer a buzzer, it would be wise to let us know. People live in this building and require peace and quiet and me, informing you of security rules should not be stressful. It would be more stressful, not abiding by the rules and getting kicked out. Nothing was mentioned about cleanliness while you were in the unit should you have said anything I would’ve sent to Cleaner by sounds like at this point you’re just trying to pick apart the unit. Also, we do not put top sheets on the beds because we use a laundry service and putting the top sheet into the laundry Adds a fairly large extra charge therefore we do not use them in order to keep the cost to the guest down. We would prefer to use a laundry service than to rely on cleaners so we can ensure that all the bedding is clean. we leave extra top sheets in the TV stand. Should somebody wish to have a top sheet. All of our bedding is washed after every single stay.

6 night stay - nicely appointed suite in downtown Winnipeg.

I traveled fro Calgary to Wpg to visit family and friends. The suite was great but could be amazing with a touch of tlc. The building is very secure and a 15 minute walk to the forks which was great for Canada Day.Excellent communication with the host.Ill stay again.

The location for a Jets game is perfect as it overlooks the arena and is a short couple minute walk. The beds are super comfortable as well as the pillows and bedding. Communication was really good as well and an easy check in and check out. Couple of things to be fixed in the condo that would be fairly easy, but those things didn’t have a negative impact on our stay.

A great apartment in a central location

This is a very well-appointed apartment, just off Portage with good access to local transportation, restaurants, theatres and more. It would be ideal for hockey fans as it overlooks the arena. The Exchange District is a 10 minute walk away, a bonus.

Visited our dancing daughter

Nice walking distance to great restaurants and the river. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We couldn’t figure out how to use our parking pass and they came right away to show us in person rather than just messaging us. Would stay again for sure!

Solid, safe accommodations. Would love to have a sampler of laundry soap to be included, as well as Kleenex. A few notes of where to buy coffee, snacks, etc. is not necessary but would have been helpful.

The property did not seem to be kept up well and needs a good bit of maintenance done. The lighting was not great and it would bot be great for a work staycation because there was not much work space.

Great host and location. Needs better cleaning.

Let me start by saying the host was very nice and responsive. The location was great as it was right downtown - just be aware that you will have to deal with the sounds of sirens through the night. Only complaints are around the cleaning and prep of the place. We found old socks and a dirty towel under the bed as well as dryer lint on the floor throughout the condo. We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the unit for 4 people which we had to reach out to the host to address.
