Within a senior adult community, “mi Casita” (my small house) is a Green Valley Resort Home located in friendly Green Valley. Just steps away are the private tenant only pool and Jacuzzi; across the street from GVR West Center tennis courts, fitness and recreation center with its own pool and jacuzzi; and just steps from the Continental Shopping Plaza for groceries, shopping and dining.

This one bedroom, one bath unit has ceramic tile throughout. The bedroom has a King size bed, a full size chest of drawers, end tables and large 6 foot closet. While we used to have a "second" bed hidden in the pull out couch, that couch has been replaced with much newer and nicer couch which sits higher, is more comfortable and boasts 2 recliner chairs that almost go flat if one so desires, although one could not call it a bed !

Enjoy a 44: HD flat screen TV in the large recliner or comfortable sofa bed or lay in bed and watch a new 30: flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Wireless high-speed internet service keeps you in touch with the snowy, cold world you left behind. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and toaster and a small dining area for four. The skylights in the bathroom and living area provide natural light in the entire living area; all towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included and a washer/dryer to keep them and your clothes clean.

Green Valley Recreation facilities are available for a one-time nominal fee. Enjoy access to any one of 13 recreation centers and their pools, most which have fitness centers and provide for a wide variety of social activities. The Baja Sporting Club features 2 coed senior softball leagues from January through March at the newly built fields at Catino Park, off Whitehouse Canyon road on the way to the Madera Canyon, a world renowned birding area.
And realize you are only 38 miles from Mexico, day trips are easy so bring your passport and visit Nogales, Mexico !!

Don't forget your golf clubs! Green Valley has 7 golf courses; 5 public and 2 private, in the GV area with additional courses in Tubac, Tucson and Nogales. Hiking and biking is within an easy drive or ride.

This is an age-restricted resort community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.
