Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Less than a five-minute walk to the beach, this fully renovated downstairs duplex unit at 6 Gannet Street is the perfect North Forest Beach retreat. Located just a block and a half from the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful duplex home has been completely updated and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an inviting open-concept living space. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the living room and includes a breakfast bar and small dining table—ideal for gathering with family and friends. Step outside to the spacious back deck, where you can grill and dine al fresco while enjoying the coastal breeze.

The primary bedroom features a King bed with trundle and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds. The third bedroom includes a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, and the two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. To make beach days even easier, this home includes four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs—complimentary with your stay.

Perfectly situated for a family and furry friends vacation, you’ll reach the beach in just minutes or take a short stroll or bike ride to Coligny Plaza for great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Kids will love the nearby park and splash fountains, while adults can enjoy everything North Forest Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed staying here so much! The rental was stocked with everything we needed. It is a very cute rental! The beds were very comfortable! We loved having bikes to ride around the island and to dinner!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Location could not of been better, easy walk to the beach and Coligny!

Hilton Head Duplex

This property is quiet and quaint, The entire property has been renovated, the space has been maximized for occupancy. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the complimentary bicycles. The beach is around 2 minutes away via bicycles. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay. very convenient location to beach and to Coligny. We enjoyed the free bikes and great shaded porch.. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Our one and only reccomendation and it is not a complaint is to have regular plates and glasses. The plastic plates and glasses got a little old after a week.

Top of the line- EVERYTHING!! Location, comfort, and ammenties

My husband and I and my two teenage boys16 and 19 came to Hilton Head for vacation for the first time. Loved the safe and easy bike ride to the beach. Took about 3 minutes by bike. We did so good choosing this place! We stayed in the bottom section of this house. It is so beautiful and everything looks brand new! It was so clean! The furniture and beds comfortable! Loved cookware!

Perfect! Definetly recommend staying here!!

There were 7 of us, including a 5 month old and. 5 year old. The unit was the perfect size. I loved being able to walk to the beach. It was only 5 mins. The unit was very clean! And when there was an issue with the lock someone came very quickly to help. We loved the unit and will be staying again.

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely, however it’s definitely not a place to bring kids. The upstairs neighbors partied until 2 AM which made it really difficult to have kids sleep. Next year we will look for a house with no upstairs neighbors.

We loved that the condo came with four bikes and backpack beach chairs! We couldn’t locate an iron in the villa and the property manager had one delivered within an hour or so. We would stay again! If there was any negative, since we were in the B villa, downstairs, you could hear the people in the upstairs condo walking, moving around.

IT WAS WONDERFUL and so VERY clean and comfortable. This unit exceeded our expectations.We will certainly be renting this unit again. The 4 bikes and beach chairs were a great perk and we utilized them daily. Back deck and yard are very clean and cozy too. Beds were comfortable and all the provided lines/towels were great. Even the little things like starter dish/laundry soap, paper products helped tremendously.Really cannot say anything bad about this experience. Instructions and check in/out process were easy and the location from shopping and beach were more convenient than expected too. Thank you so very much.

The kitchen was stocked with a good amount of dishes, cooking utensils, and some basic spices, coffee filters and such. There were some books and board games, and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Even little extras like Kleenex and Q tips. This place has the little extras. The included bikes and beach chairs were very handy. The walk/bike ride to the beach was short abs easy. It was also nice to be so close to Coligny Plaza. Our party was 4 adults and two kids, and we had a sufficient amount of room.... Although the hall bathroom is small. Seating for a meal was a bit tight. If you are good with sitting around the island in the kitchen that works fine, but having a dinner around the table wouldn’t work well as the table is partially folding against the wall. A couple notes- these didn’t bother us just thought they should be mentioned. - the back door only stays closed when locked.- the keyless entry pads don’t always work, it took several attempts to get in a few times. Over all a great spot, ideal location, easy check in, and clean. We would rent again!

The location is absolutely the best, few minutes away from the beach and all the amenities. I would recommend anyone else heading to Hilton Head to stay at this property. The only downfall was the internet was down few days, but it was fixed before we left.
