Welcome to Quiet Sun! This beautiful home is located in the community of Thousand Oaks in the Sunshine State of Florida.

While located very close to all of the theme parks and shopping, it is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Located near I-4 and within minutes of Disney, Universal, shopping, restaurants and many top-notch golf courses.

Quiet Sun is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a newly resurfaced, heated, private pool which is fully screened in.

You will find very comfortable sleeping accommodations for 7 (6 adults) including a King Suite bedroom that has patio door access to the screened in lanai and pool area, a Queen bedroom as well as a double with twin over bunk bed in the third bedroom.
The villa features an open concept kitchen and living area with a 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV as well as a separate dining room and sitting area for added space.
There are two more smart TV's in the two main bedrooms.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will be pleased to find new dishes, flatware and cooking utensils as well as new granite countertops. Our Quiet Sun experience is designed for ease of care so you can enjoy your vacation.
Towels and linens are also included as well as a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Multiple sliding glass doors lead out to the pool and large lanai which is fully screened in.
The pool area also has privacy screens.

A propane grill, outdoor dining table and additional seating are conveniently located in the lanai for your outdoor enjoyment!

The garage has been converted into a Games Room with a ping pong table, air hockey / pool table as well as a dart board.

Pool heat is included in the price from October 1 - March 31.
