Delightful townhouse in a gated community with 180m²

HOUSE COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN OCT. 2022!

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, plus a bathroom that serves the other 2 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a living/TV room, dining room, powder room, large kitchen, barbecue area, private shower and laundry room.

All three bedrooms have a lovely balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and ceilings over 4 metres high.

Garage space for up to 3 cars. For New Year's Eve, I only rent as a package deal, minimum of 7 days.
