Had a wonderful time! The unit was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The lodge is nestled in a wooded area with each lodge having its own pool. If you want the ocean it’s literally just a short walk away. There’s a tram car,if you prefer to ride,that runs continuously to take you there too. It’s so deceiving how close you are to the water. Very relaxing and serene. Great location to restaurants and attractions . Would definitely come back here again

The place itself is cute. It was a nicely decorated. My issue was with the management co and their cleaning. From the start it seemed sketchy as once I paid online I got a four page fine print letter that I had to sign with all their fine print Part of it said that cleaning wasn’t included that you had to clean up after yourself so that it was clean for the next person, to me that’s super disgusting. They should always have a cleaning person. I texted them back and they said that cleaning was included so OK yay! They clearly said that cleaning was being done so we couldn’t check in until we got a text message we arrived at exactly 3, which was the check-in time and texted and she said that it was ready that the cleaning was done. We walk into the room and there are two dead cockroaches that look like they’ve been there for weeks. there’s Cheez-Its all over the couch and crumbs. There was nasty bathroom trash still in the trashcan. It smelled horrible the entire place smelled of mold and mildew and then lastly, the batteries in the remote didn’t work so we couldn’t turn on the TV until we went and got batteries. Also no paper towels or toilet paper. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 days and no hand towels or anything we literally had to go buy everything. They did offer to come clean after I complained. I had already cleaned by that time and we were settled so no thank you. Just disappointed many stays with vrbo and never like this.

We apologize for the condition of the condo upon your arrival. The issues you described, including the cleanliness concerns, are not representative of the standards we strive to provide. While we did offer to send housekeeping back immediately, we understand that once you've unpacked and cleaned yourself, having a crew return is no longer convenient. We also understand your concerns regarding the rental agreement. As a vacation rental, guests are asked to leave the property in reasonable condition at departure, but every reservation does include a professional cleaning after check-out before the next guest arrives. We're sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Regarding the supplies, vacation rentals differ from hotels in that starter quantities of essentials, such as toilet paper, are provided rather than replenished throughout a stay. This information is included in our rental agreement, but we understand it can still be frustrating if you were expecting hotel-style amenities. Your comments regarding the odor, remote batteries, and the condition of the unit have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and follow-up. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. We regret that your stay did not reflect the quality we aim to provide and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
