Spacious near the Beach

Amazing oceanfront 4BR-4BA condo at Ocean Blue. Enjoy the spectacular north & south ocean views! Unit features two direct oceanfront bedrooms! A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river and hot tub. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (2nd Floor) for your vehicle as well as one visitor spot. All visitors spots are first come first serve. You are allowed to park 2 vehicles MAX in the Ocean Blue Garage (This is enforced by the building HOA, unfortunately no exceptions).

Ocean Blue 902 has a fully equipped kitchen and offers plenty of seating in the living room which has patio door access to the oceanfront balcony.

• Bedroom 1- King Size bed, private bathroom and oceanfront balcony access

• Bedroom 2- 2 Queen size beds, private restroom and oceanfront balcony access

• Bedroom 3- 1 Queen size bed and 1 bunkbed (2 fulls)

• Bedroom 4- King Size bed, attached bathroom


• Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY - Additional parking passes can be purchased at the resort next door Sun N Sand Resort for $14/day or there is metered parking in front of the building for $10/day.

• Luxury Linen package included!

• This is a non smoking/non-vaping building, including balconies with the exception of a designated smoking area.

• 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

• No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

• We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent
Pool bands must be returned to the rental office on checkout. Unreturned pool bands will result in charges to replace them.

Everything was great. Love the location, love how big it is. Fit all 12 of us perfectly. It had more than enough plates, utensils and other things. Would stay here again.

Very nice and clean. We did not like that the pool door closed/locked to the beach at 10. We had to walk all way around to enjoy the beach at night. Only 2 cars in garage is inconvenient

Absolutely amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was amazing and very spacious. Comfortably fit a family of 8. Great location and wonderful views. Luxury Beach Rentals was very informative and great communication. Will definitely be booking again.

An awesome family getaway.

We had a blast. Haven’t been able to go on a big vacation for the last couple years do to life circumstances. This condo did not disappoint. It was just the right size for us. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. The facilities were great. Enjoyed the pools and hot. Loved being right on the beach. Thank you for having such a nice place.

From the very beginning, with the initial deposit and communication, to the after check-out response the whole process went very smoothly. The condo was clean, quiet, and beautiful. It is a lot larger than the pictures show, and THAT VIEW is amazing. We had a group of nine (including 2 kids) and there was more than enough room for everyone. We all had an absolutely fabulous time and recommend this condo to groups and families. Just to let all of the "coffee people" know, there is a standard coffee pot and a Keurig so no worries there. The coffee essentials (pods, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.) were also provided! Dishes, glasses, and silverware are also plentiful. We found that we had all that we needed and then some. Make sure you wear the pool bands in the pool area, they do check (which is a good thing). We were sorry to leave, and look forward to next time.
