Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property, pool and upper deck of the boat dock. Boat lift and slip is not available.

The Neighborhood:
It's located on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ & right next to the popular Boat Town Burger Bar in the heart of Kingsland. House is just minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
Exterior Security Cameras located on property.

Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.

This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
