The property is very nice. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and beach area. One beach chair is broken and the others are very cheap and uncomfortable. Upgrade on that would be good.

Amazing property

Property is exactly as it says on the tin. Beautifully clean great facilities. The beds are super comfy the balcony furniture is lovely great for watching the dolphins and evening sunset over the bridge. They leave cleaning products for you if you need them as well a starter kit foaming coffee as well washing tablets for clothes and dish washing tablets.Would totally recommend and would love to come back.

Relaxing stay, beautiful water view

Very comfortable and spacious corner unit with beautiful view of the bay and skyline. Kitchen was very well-equipped; plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Appliances were very nice as well. Living room and balcony were very relaxing, beds & pillows very comfortable (bed sheets were scratchy, and the replacement sheets that the staff brought over were no better). Excellent stock of towels in both bathrooms. Very enjoyable 10-day stay! Highly recommend, and would definitely visit again. Thank you!!

Be warned

Got in late only to find that elevator was out. Apparently it was.noted.somewhere in the fine print details of the listing, but one would expect that a major issue such as elevator being out would be a highlighted item. To their credit they did get us another room on a lower level quickly. However, not as nice as original and poorer furnishings. Next found out neither pool heated nor hot tub heated. So much for relaxing. Overall disappointing stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The details of the elevator is in the first few sentences of the listing right on the page. It is not in any fine print. 2 stars is a bit low considering this was fully disclosed and we moved you very promptly. We do apologize about the pool heat because that happened during your stay and was due to a part catching fire on the heater/pump.In the future I would encourage reading the listing so you are aware.
