Our stay was absolutely heavenly. There's a part of us that remains there. Every thing at our condo was superior. My favorite go to place was the huge lanai overlooking the ocean! Every single morning you would find me in my quiet time with Jesus.

We were a group of 2 couples that stayed here for 1 week. Communication from the host was excellent. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and relax and be comfortable. Amazing location. Just a walk down to the beach. We could snorkel and see turtles every time ! And it was a lovely beach that was not too crowded. Also a good location for exploring the island. Loved the screened in deck as well. Highly recommend!

Spott's Beach never disappoints

Amazing location, my family's favorite beach where you can always see sea turtles. The condo was amazing and very clean and well appointed. Our family would definitely stay there again. The only negative was that guest parking is across the very busy street.

Great place to stay. Our only problem was that we we were very tired and need help with the locked key box. Luckily house cleaning was there and helped. We will be more aware next time.

Loved it!

Property was exactly as advertised. Property manager was excellent. The owner was also very accommodating and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about the property itself and the location. The beach was fantastic, quite private. Snorkelling was great. Centrally located so not far from anywhere on the island.

We loved it!

Everything inside and out were just what we wanted. Comfortable furniture, functional facilities, steps from the beach. The one caution to parties needing two bedrooms is that the smaller bedroom faces a busy road, and traffic noise would likely be a negative factor.

Large clean condo with private beach

Very happy with the quality and size of the condo. It was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for my family of four. The private beach was a huge plus and made us never want to leave. We saw the resident sea turtles every day and occasionally a sting ray. Only possible downside for some people is that you do have to drive everywhere - the road is very busy and it's not walkable to the grocery store, for example. But if relaxation at a private beach is all you need, as it was for us, then it's perfect!

Absolutely fantastic place and location

This place was more than we could have ever imagined. Truly. For a week long family vacation with three little ones, we could “relax” on the wonderful beach and pop up for naps. And the snorkeling out your back door is world class. So many turtles each time out plus coral, stingray and octopi and of course so many fish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Beach front location at not beach front prices. The apartment was furnished very well and was really spacious. We had the best week there!

Peaceful location

The host, Melinda was awesome. Definitely need to have a rental car as its not near any grocery stores. Everything worked great and can see the ocean from the screened in porch. Beach was very private and clean. Read a book every morning on the beach in complete privacy. If you are looking for a pool, its across a busy Street. Totally relaxing spot!

The best thing about this condo is the snorkeling ! We tried out several diving and snorkeling spots around the island and Spott’s Beach was the best by far. We snorkeled every day and saw the green sea turtles every time (you might have to swim around in the sea grass and sandy areas for a bit to find them). There are only a few coral heads, but we found lobsters, sting rays, tons of fish, and other cool creatures. It was much better than what we saw scuba diving. The beach is lovely as well. Our unit was not directly on the beach - there are four small condo buildings in the complex, two directly on the beach and two behind them - but it was only a few steps away from the sand and had an ocean view. The management team was super responsive and helpful. The condo has everything you need and is conveniently located and away from the crowds.

I’m originally from Toronto and have always been drawn to places that offer a blend of relaxation and natural beauty, which is exactly why I love the Cayman Islands. Hosting has become a rewarding experience for me—I enjoy sharing this beautiful, tranquil slice of paradise with guests from around the world. I take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable space and am always available to help with tips or recommendations to make each stay as memorable as possible. Whether it’s suggesting the best local spots or ensuring the property is in perfect shape, I truly enjoy making guests feel at home here.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood for its serene beauty and natural charm, perfectly suited for a peaceful escape. Nestled on Spotts Beach, the area provides an exclusive, off-the-beaten-path experience with breathtaking views of turquoise waters and pristine, white sandy beaches. It’s a place where you can unwind in privacy, away from the crowds, and enjoy the true essence of island living.

What I love most is the calm, welcoming atmosphere and the sense of safety here—something that’s truly special about Spotts Beach and the Cayman Islands in general. From morning walks along the shore to evening sunsets that light up the sky, every moment feels like paradise. The community is warm and friendly, making guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my property truly unique is its intimate and exclusive setting on Spotts Beach, one of the most serene and private beaches on the island. With only four boutique condominiums in Coral Bay, guests enjoy a rare level of privacy and tranquility, something you won’t often find at larger resorts. From the condo, you’re just steps away from soft white sands and stunning turquoise waters, with a front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Our property combines the comforts of home with the beauty of an island escape, creating an experience that’s both relaxing and unforgettable. Plus, the safe and welcoming community here at Spotts Beach is ideal for those who want a true Caribbean getaway, free from crowds and full of natural charm
