Enjoy the natural Whistler setting of this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath Upper Benchlands townhouse. It is a perfect winter or summer retreat that offers free ski shuttle just steps from your door that will take you to the lifts or Village shops.
In the Winter, you are only a short walk to the brand new 10-Person Gondola at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. There are cross country ski and snow shoe trails close by, including the Whistler Valley Trail system. During the winter season, the ski home trail “Home Run” is completely accessible and ends right across the street. A relaxing home away from home after a long day on the mountain. Lost Lake Nordic trails are a short walk, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and explorers.
In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, a short walk away, where there are tons of children's activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers market is also held every Sunday in the same location. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails and the main Whistler Village is a 15-20 minute walk through a beautiful forested area crossing a small river. The Chateau Whistler Golf course is also just around the corner!

The large entrance/mudroom has great space for hanging gear and sports equipment. The second floor has vaulted ceilings to open up the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a wood burning fireplace for the ultimate ski chalet feel, a flat screen TV if you do decide to spend some time indoors and a new bluetooth enabled audio system. Off the living room there is a balcony with seating and an electric BBQ. The first bedroom is located on this level with a Queen bed and ample closet space as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, the first with a king bed and the second with not only a bunk bed but an additional full sized bed. There is another full bathroom on the third floor also. This home features in-suite laundry, free WiFi, cable and local calls. You also have one secure underground parking space included. A guest parking pass for one additional vehicle is available on a first come first serve basis.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest.
